We stayed for a total of 4 nights, they allowed to keep our luggage while we were in another place. Very attentive and helpful staff even the receptionist attendants they tried their best to accommodate us. There are plenty of 24 hours convenience store in the area.

Stayed here for 3 nights in July. Perfectly located and easy to find right outside Kayabacho subway station. Hotel lobby is big and looks fine. Room is very small, even by Japanese standards - it was the smallest room we stayed in during the two weeks in Japan - possibly even less space per person than the capsule hotel. Hotel... More

We arrived in Japan last June 19, 2015 and went directly to SMILE HOTEL. We never had a hard time finding the hotel because it's located near Nihombashi and Kayabacho stations plus the hotel has a large sign (Smile Hotel) so there's a lesser chances of getting lost in finding it. :D Hotel rooms are clean though it's small but... This is Japan so the rooms are small. VERY VERY VERY small. But the location is good(close to the subway). And the room was clean. The place has a computer you can use and print for free which is great for travels wanting to print out directions and confirmations. It is a LONG walk to the Fish Market but it... More

I stayed here for one night (on business). I chose this place because of its central location, and the cute name! The reception staff were very friendly. They gave me some good advice about where to eat at night - it is a business district, so not many places open late at night. There are several convenience stores within a... More

This hotel is a bit old but offers good value for money. Good points - clean, practically next to Kayabacho metro station, relatively cheaper compared to other hotels in vicinity.Bad point - there is no wifi in the room, only in the lobby. Overall it is OK if you are using it only for resting after long day out.

Hotel's location is superb, few steps away from Hibiya metro line and 10 minutes away from JR Hatchobori station which is only 1 station away from Tokyo station. Surrounded by restaurant and convenient stores, do need to worry about where to find food even in the midnight. Room is fully equipped but small, cant really store 2 luggages. Free Wi-Fi... More

So most importantly this is a budget hotel, normally intended for business travelers in a fairly business heavy district. We picked it because it was close to subway lines and provided good access to the city. In that sense it was a huge success. The primary downside of this hotel is that the neighborhood it is in, doesn't have much.... More

The location of the hotel is very good. Just 4 stops from Ginza, easy and short access to many places in Tokyo, interesting for tourists. The best way to get from Tokyo Station is just to take the taxi (price 730 JPY). Also some places to eat within a short distance from the hotel, including the restaurant and café in... More

This accommodation was pretty average. The room was small and the air con didn't really work. I stayed here for my last 2 nights in Japan. It was very well located in Tokyo, only a 10 min walk from Tokyo station. There staff were very helpful in helping me workout how to get to where i wanted to go. There... More
