Overall, this hotel is perfect. This hotel has a very good service, for instance, the front desk officers are friendly and the restaurant staffs are kind. All of the staffs are very helpful thus it makes guests like us feel comfortable to stay in. The room is comfortable and surrounded by wifi service. Furthermore, the breakfast is complete because it's... More

Nice small hotel a few minutes from main Ginza shopping area. Need to take elevator to 2nd floor to check-in. Reception staff speak English and are all politely friendly. There is a small grocery just down the street (take a right from hotel entrance passing the 24hr McDonald’s). Starbucks around the corner for those coffee addicts. It has a working... More

Good location. Staff very helpful. Able to walk to fish market, palace, shopping and restaurants. Rooms small but comfortable. Subway station next to hotel. Price reasonable. Close to Tokyo station by cab and bus or train to Narita airport.

Enjoyed the stay here. Superior twin was decent size but no view due to narrow streets in Ginza.suggest asking for higher floor and non smoking floor if street noise (minimal anyhow) or smoke bother you. Nice breakfast spread but if they offer you per booking breakfast note it's only cheaper at check in time else full price applies. Was pleased... More

Tokyo visitors have a number of locations to choose from. Fortunately, most areas have easy access to the excellent (albeit potentially confusing) subway system. Thus, don't be deterred by a Ginza hotel unless you're looking for local night life - Shibuya or Shinjuku offer much more at night. The Ginza is a high end shopping area that some might find... More

The hotel is good but the room was to small, so if you expect the regular size, review that first and expect to pay much more because japan is very expensive. Like many things in Tokyo this hotel is compact. It was however clean, comfortable and close to public transport. Staff were helpful and overall the stay was excellent. The area is clean and safe and thankfully clear of Pachinko parlours. The Ginza shopping strip is only a few blocks away

Overall we had an average stay at Mercure Tokyo Ginza. Location was great, breakfast was good and service was good except on arrival. We very much enjoyed staying at the Mecure Ginza. The staff were fantastic and their English was also great so easy to communicate.
