We stayed five nights at the Mercure, while we visited Tokyo. The main attraction of the hotel has to be its location, which is right at the heart of Ginza and not far from Tokyo station so commuting to and from airport and other cities is a breeze. Room was of a decent size. Only hiccup: when I booked via... More

I stayed in Mercure Tokyo Ginza for 5 nights during my stay in Tokyo. The hotel is well located...within walking distance to 4 stations so easy to go anywhere in Tokyo. Staffs are helpfull and speak good English. Nothing less than what you would expect in any Accor hotels. The room was small if you compare to other Accor hotels... More

Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Great location, 1 min walk from ginza with all the department stores. You can access directly to the metro from the hotel. The greatest surprise was the super big rooms - which is quite uncommon in Japan!

I may be biased , but Japan is definitely a quite unique place where level of service has reached a very very high position. And Japanese are always smiling , being overly courteous, and very helpful . We can learn a lot from them truly . I am stunned by how everything is so clean. So spotless, and I truly... More

After a long flight from Europe the Mercure Ginza gave a friendly and quick check in. The service was first rate. In and out of Tokyo on business for a few days only I found the location convenient. 1 min walk to the underground! Importantly for business not expensive. Don't expect the trimmings it's a practical, clean, good value establishment... More

Mercure Ginza is ideally located in Ginza area (the Champs Elysees of Tokyo) at 200 meters from the Metro station. The rooms are pretty small but this is something common in Japan. Breakfast is made "French Style" with croissants and other french delicassy.

The hotel is extremely small and I booked it expecting the good quality that most accor hotels are. The staff at reception were lovely and they kindly gave us a bottle of wine as a honeymoon gift. However when we got to our room we were extremely disappointed. The room was so small there wasn't enough space to put our... More

Working in Tokyo in June (yep rain season). Hotel is in good location for everything. Reception staff very welcoming and spoke excellent English which helped on arrival. Numerous metro stations few minutes walk away and main Ginza high street. Breakfast quite expensive but was ok - buffet style. Wifi worked well in room, note rooms are not very big but... More

Had a nice stay here other than being awakened by tremors from an earthquake in the middle of the night. Excellent location within walking distance of so much....a few blocks from the Kabuki Theater. About a 15 min walk to the famous fish market. So many places to eat or grab a drink within a short walk.....and a short taxi... More

Excellent option, well located near several metro stations, lots of restaurants nearby and food walking attractions Room was big, bathroom with amenities and breakfast good and moreover the service was really excellent – No five stars hotel would do better. Price moderate for Tokyo so I really recommend it
