We arrived at the hotel after a long flight (longer than it should have been) and after having been messed around by our airline with one of our bags missing. It was easy to get there, we took the Narita Express to Tokyo station and then treated ourselves to a taxi (we were pretty exhausted) which cost only 700 yen.... More

Rooms not so new and not so old. Not extremely clean also not dirty. Location is very very good. You are in the middle of Ginza (one of the best shopping districts of Tokyo) and only 10min walking to Yurakucho station (on Yamanote line). There is everything you might need near the hotel. The only problem is that you can't... More

This hotel is right in the middle of Ginza, which is a great place to stay in Tokyo because of its high end shops and good restaurants. Room was large, with two double beds, desk, minibar, closet and coffee machine. Decor is a little dated, but the room and clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Very polite and extremely helpful.... This is an amazing place to stay if you're traveling alone or with a few people in Tokyo. It's right in the heart of Ginza, and has easy access to trains and walking distance to awesome Ginza hot spots. If you are on a business trip or with a group of more than 10 people, this is NOT for you.... More

I must commend the hotel for having such a great location, its directly connected to the subway station exit! And situated in the heart of Ginza, this hotel is definitely recommended for avid shoppers! There is a convenience store just across the road and a macdonalds on the first floor if you're looking for a bite. Its a short walk... More

It is situated at a prime location that is right where Ginza shopping streets are located. The ramen restaurant just round the corner opens till late so I was able to get supper late at night upon arrival from the airport. 15-20 minutes walk to the main subway/train station that connects to most lines. Walked all the way to Tsukiji... More

Stayed for 1 night between arriving in Tokyo & catching the bullet train to Kyoto. The hotel was very conveniently located (10-15 min walk) from Tokyo Station. The room was relatively big for Tokyo & our room had great amenties. Would stay again

Great location. Walking distance to Yurakucho station. Love the proximity of the department stores. Very cozy room at 22 sqm. Once you put everything in its place it's roomy enough to move around in. Bathroom great size and doesn't make you feel like you're using a matchbox of a toilet. We got the 22 sqm room because we need a... More

This was perfect for location, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Helpful staff, good size room, big bathroom, comfortable beds, very clean. Best of all, quite reasonable in price. It is about 5 blocks from main Tokyo train station and next to the subway. Easily walked with luggage (and we're in late 60's). It is right off Ginza, with all the popular... More
