Great hotel, location was very good in the heart of Ginza. Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. (Especially Javier). Breakfast at the restaurant was awesome. Super smooth check-in and very accommodating for letting us in early after our flight. Thanks Mercure ginza.

hotel very well located in the center of Ginza. Real "people hotel" where you are welcomed as a guest after 11 hours flight. The room are relatively big and very confortable compared to the standards in Tokyo.

Last night in Japan so we chose Ginza and a reasonable hotel suite. Not the easiest hotel to find as the main entrance is down a side-street. The hotel is well placed for Ginza shopping and central Tokyo. Rooms are spacious by Tokyo standards with good facilities. Very friendly staff although the restaurant is on the expensive side. It is... More

We stayed 5 nights at the Mercure Ginza. We choose a the luxe room and it had space enough, the bed was very good and the bathroom also good. The wifi internet in the room could be better. You won’t find a three-star hotel in Tokyo with a better location than this. The basement level is connected to Ginza-itchōme Station; when it rains, you can take the underground passage to Ginza, Hibiya, International Forum or even Tokyo Station (15 minutes away on foot). The superior rooms are so small that they can barely fit two pieces of luggage;... More

As usual, Accor hotels never fail us. We had some issues with our reservations but the GM Mr Kamel had been very helpful and accommodating. This is our 2nd time staying in Mercure Ginza.
