The average hotel with the average quality of services. Indifferent staff and stubborn management. "Pay, try to stay quietly and go quickly away!". No quality at all for your money (EUR 160 + taxes for the Standard Single Room), bofff...

Our family of 3 stayed here for 3 nights just after Christmas. This hotel has a fantastic location in Ginza, close to subway and train lines, great high end shopping and food options in the depato. It is set back two blocks from Chuo-dori, so our view was ok but not scenic. We were split between two rooms (not connected),... More

Extremely small rooms. Furniture was worn ( and torn in some cases). No room to put toiletries in bathroom. The room was extremely dated. We arrived late after a long flight from Melbourne and I was disappointed there was no room service. Ended up eating McDonald's - not an ideal introduction to authentic Japanese food! 1 km from Tokyo Station.... More

Excellent proximity for all your shopping needs at Ginza - perfect location at the end of your stay for some shopping. Breakfast buffet was basic. Great service from the Frenchman at the restaurant. Has a subway stop at the basement which makes it convenient. We would stay again.

This hotel is well located, steps from all the best department stores in Ginza and close to the subway. I'd booked three rooms and am an Accor Club member but that didn't make any difference to the rooms that we were allocated. They are very small but very well serviced. Despite there being a dedicated line for members I queued... More

For non Japanese travellers who use JRPass, the closest train station to this hotel is Yurakucho Station (about 10 mins walking). Actually this hotel is directly connected with train station (Ginza Ichome) however, it is not within JRPass coverage. So you have to change the line to Yurakucho Station. The room as well as its bathroom was clean, not that... More

We were worried about how to reach the city from the airport as we learned the taxi was not a wise option. Turned up it was only one direct trip from the Haneda Airport. Surrounded by subway routes. Walking distance to Tsukiji Fish Market. Perfect.

The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were quite small, but that's hotels in Japan in general. The breakfast was decent, nothing to call home about. Location wise, not too bad since you're in the heart of the Ginza district. Great places to eat within walking distance at the fish market.

This was perfect for us as we spent all day out. The rooms were perfectly nice but small. Unfortunately didn't get adjoining rooms so had to split me and my husband. Area was great. Easy to get around on metro. Shopping centres and yummy food including yakitori at Torishige.

An affordable find in the Ginza. Efficient, clean with okay breakfast. Big treat was to find a real baguette and crescent on the menu in a little bistro right off the reception area of the hotel. Came in late and the bistro staff helped us pick out food and a bottle of wine to bring to our room. They even... More

Staying in Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
