We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed the location for shopping and being centrally located for sighseeing and near the metro. The hotel's reception is on the second floor and there are no amenities to speak of. the staff are helpful but don't expect help with your luggage or the extra touches which you might receive elsewhere. Initially we... more

We had a pleasure of staying at this hotel. Very good location in the heart of Ginza. The Ginza-itchome subway access (Yurakucho line) was just underneath the hotel. Perfect for exploring the whole of Tokyo with convenient access to Disney. The room size is ok for us w/ free internet (you can rent a laptop too). Staffs speak good english.... more

The hotel had a great location, easilly accessible by rail. The room was clean as was the bed and bathroom. I stayed in a room with a double bed which was enough for me, but others may consider the room small. The view from the room was into the side street, but if you are the type of traveller like... more

Location was perfect (around 2 blocks from the main Ginza shopping district). There were restaurants and convenience stores everywhere. The staff were very pleasant and courteous. Hotel was very modern. The only down side of this hotel was that rooms were so small we could barely open a medium sized luggage. They say this is what you usually get for... more

Stayed for 3 nights in early April for sakura season. If you are coming for serious shopping in Tokyo, this is the hotel for you. Well-located for shopping and people-watching in Ginza. Lot of small restaurants and cafes around the area. Ours was double room so a little on small side. Do ask for a twin room for more space.... more

This hotel has it all. 1. Price - I'm an Accor Advantage Plus member and I booked the room on their prepaid plan (no refunds) and paid less than 11,000 Yen per night (including tax). Best thing is that because it was prepaid, my credit card was charged about 6 months ago - when the Yen was much lower, compared... more

After a slight hiccup (were given wrong grade of room) everything was great. Hotel has recently been renovated. Beds very comfortable (essential) and pillows a cross between Japanese/European OK. Very conveniently placed near the Ginza. Many small restaurants adjacent to hotel (also 7/11s). Considering Tokyo prices this hotel represents very good value. Don't be put off by street access it... more
