It was my first time in Tokyo so, even though I was expecting the room to be tiny as it is customary, I had a bit of a shock at first. It was completely fine though (we chucked the big luggage at the foot of the bed and then we just took out the clothes we needed from the small... More

Room is small as Tokyo standard and difficult to walk after opening luggage. Satisfactory service from front desk and cleaning staff. Lan cable and socket converter is available when request. 15 mins walk to 築地 & 銀座 central which is acceptable and the nearest railway just 5 mins walk. Recommend to budget planner if offer provided since my stay from... More

This hotel was very convenient to two metro stations which basically could get you anywhere. There were also many restaurants within a 10 min walk. I was here on business for 8 days and it was comfortable enough but very tight. The rooms are well maintained, beds are comfortable but you need to be a gymnast to get in and... More

Great location, 3 different Subway nearby so travel around Tokyo was so very easy. Nice small restaurants, found one 10 mins walk where draft lager was £1.10p for half a pint! The room is small but we knew that, The price compensated for the smallness.

Two people cannot walk past each other in the room. Double bed only accessible from one side. Tiny bathroom. Clean and tidy. Service rather cursory. Very good wifi in room. Fast enough to stream video. Nicely situated next to subway. Come out of station at exit number three and you are near the hotel, but there are a lot of... More

It is small. That's standard in Japan. However, of the three Tokyo hotels I stayed in this month, this one was of higher quality. The bed was nice. The bathroom was higher quality. The wifi was fast and everywhere. The location is so-so. You are close to a JR and subway stop, though. If you're looking to go to the... More

We stayed in this hotel last minute for our Golden Week escapade to Tokyo last week. Its location is killer- you have great access to the subway, Tsukiji market and the Ginza shopping area. The service is not really nice - they did not even offer to carry our bags to our rooms. This was not what I expected from... More

Booked this late and cheap for one night after spending a few days - at a posh hotel, paid for my work. A double cost me about £40 - room 808. It's Business Hotel. For those who don't know, this means a bed for the night, shower and good internet, kettle and not too much else. And of course, tiny... More

Most major hotels were booked in Tokyo when I visited on business mid-November 2013. The only place I could find w/ reasonable rates was this hotel. The rooms are too small, there's no qualified English-speaking support staff. There are no closets, the bathrooms are extremely small, no English language TV channels. No room service, and the restaurant that's connected makes... More

If you have stayed in an APA hotel before, you will know what to expect. These are business hotels, aimed at people travelling for work and not spending much time in the room. The rooms are tiny, but have everything you need. This particular one is brand new, and the bed was the best I've found in a Japanese businiess... More

Staying in Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
