Nice location. Easy to get to via subway. Really a nice part of town. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Free wifi was intermittent. Not very good. Room was tiny but well stocked with pjs, slippers, mini fridge with beverages, bathroom had all you could want as far as amenities, which was a wonderful surprise. Staff was ok. Didn't try... More

Like everyone mentioned the room is small but it is cosy and clean. I really enjoyed staying here. Staff are attentive and friendly. The decor in the room is quite unique. I liked the timber floor and the type of colour scheme. Two things I noticed we don't see much in Japan - Pillow was reversible!!! One side was soft... More

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Since I am now accustomed to the size of hotel rooms in Japan, there are no complaints. This is a typical business style hotel: smaller rooms with the essentials. The staff was nice, and the room had everything we needed. It was a little warm in the room and I couldn't... More

When I check in to this hotel with my wife on 28 Nov 2015, I couldn't find it as this is the sister hotel to Monterey hotel which 5 mins walk away. The staff of both sisters hotel speak good English and very helpful and friendly . The check in took about 5-8 mins and all done. The counter lady... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night and the only way I can describe it that the hotel is HORRIBLE. We stayed there for one night and it was more than enough. The hotel is very old and the room was very old, not very clean and absolutely TINY! My husband and I always had to... More

I had the same experience than one of the few previous reviewers: this was the smallest room we got during our trip to Japan. We booked a room with a "double bed" while most other hotels only offer "semi-double" thinking we would get a slightly bigger room. It turned out the room is very tiny. Just enough for the bed... The hotel is well located. Just off the main road so it isn't so noisy or busy, but very near the main parts of Ginza. The staff were nice and helpful. We were able to purchase two-day subway passes at the front desk when we arrived. Like others have mentioned, the room is very very small. We had to do... More

We stayed here as a couple last week. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed at in Japan, this one had the smallest room. The receptionist did offer to move us to a larger room for a fee when we first checked it but we declined. I'm not complaining, I just want you to visualise how small the room is.... More

The good thing is that its located at great area which can be walk distance to any places such as tokyo station, subway stations and many choices of restaurant. The hotel it self have its own restaurant with some nice food. The only thing which was annoying is the senior staff at that restaurant, he rather to ask us waiting... More

Directions: about a 12 minute walk from Tokyo Station. Take the Yaseu South/Central Exit from Tokyo station. This hotel was a bit of a disappointment compared to the Montery Ginza just across the road. The hotel is much more tired looking and the room was incredibly small. We weren't even able to open a suitcase here. I stayed at 7... More
