convenient. it was too bad that the bathroom smelled something awful... also they did not have many amenities. They put me next to the elevator, and I was worried about the noise, but surprisingly, it was not too noisy. The room was bigger than other rooms far away from the elevator.

So stayed at yet another Toyoko Inn. Most of the Toyoko Inns are similar. They are like the Best Westerns back in the US. They're nice business budget hotels with good amenities. All the Toyokos have a dining room/area close to the lobby. On the ground floor there's usually a small laundry room with pay washer and dryer. There are... More

It was my first hotel when I was in Japan doing tourism. Close to a subway station, but the good thing it has a free private transport to akihabara station. Breakfast its lovely Japanese style, serve close to reception. Room its OK, bit small for a European tourist. I recommend it for sure.

Not much to say here - it's another hotel in the Toyoko-Inn chain of business hotels. The room is small by western standards, but totally suitable for a single traveller. Within easy walking distance of the train station (Asuksabashi), numerous restaurants and a Post Office (for posting all your loot back home!). The laundry service on the ground floor is... More

all toyoko inn around the globe are the same. clean rooms. effective personnel for check in and check out. frequently, as in this case, you can benefit from a shuttle service to main JR station. kanda toyoko inn also has a nice breakfast service. no frills, but ok. can come back to this hotel without having problems. good choice.

Joined Toyoko club member and got member discount. This Toyoko Inn is a little bit away from all the busy district, which may be a bit inconvenience or quieter, depending on your preference. The closest station is JR Bakurocho on the Sobu rapid line, which is directly accessible from Narita airport using the rapid train without the need to pay... More

My second time staying at a Toyoko Inn hotel. This particular one at Kanda Akihabara wasn't in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, but just quiet enough for a good night's rest. Rooms are small but very clean and it had everything I needed, so no complains at all. Wifi was also working very well and breakfast was... More

I, like another reviewer, am not sure why this place doesn't have better reviews. It's little characterless, to be sure, but it fit my needs perfectly. It was cheap, yet very clean, and more spacious than I thought. It also had a water kettle, mini fridge, tv, and safe in the room! No problems with getting the free wifi in... More

This is a long review, but the jist is we love this hotel! Like most other reviewers mentioned, rooms of this hotel are clean, compact, and good value for the money. But aside from these qualities that we came to expect from the Toyoko Inn chain, there are more reasons to our return to this hotel in the future: Location:... More

This is the fifth Toyoko inn hotel stayed at during our five week trip in Japan. Also the first of the Toyoko inns where some of the reception staff spoke perfect English. The reception staff were very nice and friendly (with some minor exceptions) and very helpful with directions. There was also a free Shuttle bus stopping outside of Akihabara... More
