This hotel is located right across the street from Tokyo Station within an easy walk from shopping district Ginza. Oddly, the reception is on the 15th floor, above all the rooms, so don't expect a lobby when you walk in. Take the elevator. The rooms are not cheap, but actually not that expensive when compared to other hotels that might... More

We stayed in a junior suite that was just fantastic. A huge room, complete with tea room and balcony. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, assisting us in securing bookings at restaurants. The only downside was some construction noise from the building across the street, and the fact we had 2 large single beds instead of 1... More

Can't say enough of how much I enjoyed staying in this place, everything was top notch, the room was spotless, not to mention the service, staff even helped me to make dinner reservation in one of the top sushi restaurants before my arrival. Highly recommended.

Had a corner room that is large for Japan & was comfortable. Very near Tokyo station, so many restaurants & good transportation. Loved the toilet that opened for you as you entered the bathroom & was heated. Many amenities in room, like snacks, coffee, & tea restocked everyday. Our room was quiet, very clean ( which is normal for Japan),... More

We stayed there for 2 weeks in a Standard Double room. The room was small but cozy, the way it was designed didn't make it feel cramped. We found it very comfortable. They had a lot of amenity in the room, and everyday they would replace it for you. We stayed on the 14th floor with excellent view. The hotel... More

We travelled as a family and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It's very hard to find a hotel in Tokyo that allows a family of four to stay in the same room. This hotel is no exception as all the rooms are very small and one queen bed already takes up half of the space. But the amenities... More

As others have mentioned, this hotel is close to the Tokyo train station, the Ginza line, and is generally very accessible. However, it is not a very suitable place fr tourists as there isn't much around locally and the views from the room are negligible. It's more business oriented. Our room was TINY, in fact, the tiniest hotel room we've... More

Our floor had a room with vending machines that also had a washer and a dryer. The washer was 200 yen, detergent included, and the dryer was 200 yen for an hour. Our room was large, compared to other hotels in Japan; the bathroom area is also large, with separate rooms for (1) toilet, (2) shower and tub, and (3)... More

This was a very good hotel with a great location near Tokyo Station and the Ginza. Its location also makes it convenient to all public transportation and makes it very convenient to get around the city. It is also only steps away from the Tokyo Shuttle stop from Narita. The rooms were clean and roomy, by Tokyo standards. We would... More
