This is our first time staying with Toyoko Inn ad we had stayed at the other toyoko inn during our last visit. They had offered great customer service both online and in person. The map they had provided online are very clear and easy to follow, Very reasonable priced, Great breakfast offered every morning during our stay (it is included)... More

Being in a country that doesn't speak your language offers a lot of different challenges. We have stayed at Toyoko Inn for 1 week and I would say we had a great time. It's a business hotel but it is also very good for foreign travelers and tourists. It is located few stops from Tokyo Station. I love how it... More

Great location, close to the subway and very easy to get to the airport using the subway/trains. Friendly staff and nice tidy rooms, the rooms are pretty small but that is normal for Tokyo. 7/11 is also down the road so very convenient for any snacks or drinks.

Our Japan vacation began with a stay at this hotel. What a wonderful start for two people who had never traveled to Japan before! The staff was wonderful at the front desk. English was limited, but very good to provide us with directions, help with the first time luggage forwarding, and suggestions for places nearby to eat. Our room was... More

When we checked in the staff were great, friendly and helpful. We had arrived far too early for check in, as check-in was really late in the afternoon but the staff secured our luggage with no problem safely at reception. The room was clean and basic however, with the price it was pure value for what you actually paid especially... More

I love the Toyoko Inn chain 1. Great prices 2. Friendly staff 3. Complimentary buffet breakfast 4. Rooms are similar no matter what Toyoko Inn you go to If you can get around by train/subway you can find the hotel. It is a little walk though from the subway station. They say you can walk from TCAT (Tokyo City Air... More

1. we booked an non-smoking economy double room, we two asian girls felt pretty comfortable. though we bought lots of stuff, the space is pretty enough (two 26 inches and two 20 inches suitcases) 2. they provide simple but delicious breakfast, include rice ball, miso soup, salad, bread, coffee and tea. You can also buy from Lawson and Familymart, there... More

Small but equipped with all you need and near the train station. Washing machines and dryers are available (chargeable) and breakfast is provided. I find the bathroom is extremely small but i guess that's common in Japan.

I stayed here for 4 nights and would recommend it to anyone on a budget. It was identical to the other Toyoko Inn I stayed in, small and very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fine, onigiri, salad, miso soup and more. The location was fantastic. When I arrived in Tokyo I caught the NEX to... More

This was the first hotel we stayed at in Japan, and we were impressed given the low cost. Prepared by previous trip advisor reviews which highlighted the small size of the rooms, we found the room to be exactly as expected - compact but clean and functional. Staff were lovely. Location to the train was great. And the breakfast included... More
