This hotel was close to everything. Train station, shopping, fish market. The staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful, all the ones I encountered spoke English very well. I would stay here again!

The location is excellent - only 5 min on foot from Shimbashi station. It is located in the middle of the Ginza district, a place for shopping and good food. Reception is very kind. Room is elegant and well decorated. Sleeping quality was excellent. Wifi works perfectly. The only pity is that the bar/jazz club at the hotel allows people... More

We just spent 4 nights at Mitsui Garden Hotel. My daughter has dust mite allergy. Every night she would scratch non stop. We had to wake up multiple times each night to apply moisturizer and give her medication to stop the itch. Each morning we all woke up tired from a restless night. We did not get this problem when... This hotel is very well located in the centre of Tokyo, easily reachable by subway and car, and just 5min walk way from Ginza, a major shopping street in Tokyo. The views from the room was excellent, very clean, and the room had a very large TV screen and a good sound system. Upon arrival I was given free access... More

Great location 5 mins from Shimbashi station. Use exit 2 from station. Subway system is great and easy to use.Hotel staff very friendly and helpful when we asked for anything. Gentleman at front desk even wrote our destination in Japanese for the taxi driver when we left for Tokyo Shinkansen. Taxi was on 1100 yen from hotel to Tokyo station.(... More

The hotel is well located in Ginza (shopping and business district) and within a short walk to a metro station. The lobby (16th floor) looks modern and has a nice view of the Tokyo Tower. The room was decent size for a hotel in a big city. The queen bed was comfortable and our view was very nice (20th floor).... More

Well located, clean, luxurious hotel within walking distance to Ginza street. Rooms are a little small but relative for Japan. Most of the staff struggled with English but were helpful and pleasant. Free wifi. Would definitely stay here again.

First time in Tokyo and loved our hotel in the heart of Ginza! Rodeo drive of Tokyo! The lobby is on the 16th floor and our room was on the 19th. Small rooms BUT nicely put together. The views are amazing, my favorite was the bathroom, almost as big as the room! Amazing shower and a tub overlook the city!... More

This hotel is fantastic. We had a corner room, it was very very clean. The sheets are soft, the pillow amazing. And they provided nightgowns! The service in the hotel is great and the breakfast delicious and various. The location is perfect, in Ginza, for us the best area.

Staying in Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
