The most welcoming staff. Made you feel welcome and very accommodating. The corner rooms are great and the noise level is almost zero. Even though we were told there's construction going on we didn't notice. Very well located to all transport, shopping and restaurants. The rooms are great and a decent bath tub considering I'm over six feet tall. Great... More

My wife and I stayed here recently based on the high ranking on TripAdvisor and it did not disappoint. Location is great for people interested in exploring Ginza and also greater Tokyo, located only a short walk away from the subway. The hotel is also on the Narita Bus Schedule - giving easy access to and from the airport. The... More

A spectacular view from the hotel rooms! The service was excellent like every where in japan. The rooms were probably the most cleanest I have ever seen! Only minus was that the room smelled a bit like somebody had smoked there even tho it was none smoking.. Well i got used to it and from what i learned was that... More

Great hotel with friendly English speaking staff whom are more than willing to help with any of your needs. Location is great and the rooms are SUPER clean and beds are very comfortable. It is also within walking distance to the Fish market if you plan on visiting.

We loved this hotel. Unusually the reception is on the 16th floor and the rooms ascend from there. Staff are friendly and helpful although not all speak good English which was surprising. The room was fantastic, we were on the 23rd floor which gave a great view of the city, it was clean and absolutely large enough for the 2... More

Thank you very much for choosing to stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier. We are glad to hear that you praise our staff. On the other hand, we have to make an effort to communicate with foreigners because the English skill is not still enough for our staff. Then, the view is one of our appealing points. Guests can... The hotel is new and modern with friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. The limousine bus from the airport stops just around the corner and the entrance is a bit obscure as the lobby is located on the 16th floor of a high rise. The price would be considered mid-range for Tokyo and if you choose something cheap you... More

I stayed one night at mitsui garden, and was given a room on the 25th floor with an amazing view over the city. The room was extremely huge for one person, I think it was about 40m². The bath room was also very spacious with separate toilet and bath area, that also had a view that overlook the city. Overall... More

The location is at the edge of Ginza, it took a while for the taxi driver to get there, although with the hotels map. The rooms are new and fully equipped, only very small. We were unlucky to encounter some problems upon our check in, the front office staff were quite rude - not sure if it was because of... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff spoke English and were helpful for most part. You get a nice view from the lobby area of Hamarikyu Gardens and Tokyo Tower. The location is convenient too, although a little hard to find. The breakfast was nice, but the selection is small. You must try the Papaya Salad! The... More

I was prepared for the tiny rooms when we arrived in Tokyo but I was very pleasantly surprised at how this hotel managed to place everything I need into such a small space. The bed was certainly not lacking in size with very well appointed bedding to boot. The bathroom, though also small came complete with a separate tub and... More

Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
