Great position in Ginza - small rooms but very nice! First time in Tokyo and could not believe the amazing views - day or night. Friendly helpful staff and nothing too much trouble, providing you with all the information a first time visitor needs to get around.

A modern room that was very clean and well appointed with modern Japanese styling. The lobby is on the 16th floor so it's all up from there. Great views out over the city. The front door to the hotel is not as clear as it could be, but that kind of added to the sophistication of the hotel really. Staff... More

Just a couple of stops from Tokyo station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom and room were clean and tidy. The lowest floor you can get is 17 so you will get a nice view. Nearest metro and JR station Shimbashi just 10 minutes walking.

Ginza is perfect if flying in from Haneda Airport (as it's about 15mins away) and for basing yourself in Tokyo for a few days. Great for high-end shopping, it has plenty of transport options to get around to the key areas too. Hotel had some great views (check out the restaurant and bar), staff were very friendly and the amenities... More

I stayed at this hotel because the bus from Narito airport drops off exactly here, so travel and purchases were made easier. The price was sincerely reasonable for Ginza, and considering the ease of transport, the convenience of purchasing bus ticket right there, and prime location in the city, it was a bargain. "Garden" is an accurate depiction: a garden... More

The location of this hotel can not be better. It is in the middle of Ginza which is the heart of Tokyo. There are two subway station within 5 minute walk and large department store just opposite. There is another Mitsui Garden Hotel in the area and we were taken twice by taxi drivers to the wrong one. Our room... More

We booked this hotel in order to have a great view of Tokyo bay from our room for a night, and got what we paid for. Not a hotel to stay in for anything further - The hotel facilities, like the decor, are minimalist - a vending machine on each floor, while the staff were unable / unwilling to provide... More

We have stayed in this hotel at the end of our holidays in Japan and it was a very nice hotel to end our trip. The rooms are a bit small for the price, but the view is spectacular. The staff is friendly and the breakfast offers a great variety of Japanese and western dishes. The hotel is 5 minutes... More

I have mixed feelings about this hotel... Pros: Awesome views from the rooms- really amazing!! Gorgeous upscale hotel Great location with plenty to do around it Comfortable bed Cons: Overly expensive All of the other guests seemed to be business men or women from Tokyo, we felt out of place as tourists. Breakfast was expensive and not very exciting. No... More

This hotel is well situated, near Ginza. It has a good level and a fantastic view. Rooms are not particularly big. The bed, for instance, is not easy to access from all sides. Additionally there is no gym nor swimming pool.

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic.
