My friend and I stayed here on our first night in Japan. Absolutely lovely hotel, clean, great location, and comfortable. Very easy to travel around Tokyo from here on the trains and then head onward to other parts of Japan. Staff were friendly and very happy to help.

We stayed for seven nights with our two 7 year old children who were most intrigued by the fabulous model railway in the lobby with its miniature Shinkansens whipping around the tracks. There were plenty of trains to be seen outside too as our corner room had a wonderful view over the Tokyo Station and the Tokyo Sky Tree -... More

We stayed here for a few days on a business trip to Tokyo. Located right by Tokyo Station in the Sapia building. Plenty of shopping within walking distances and of course, a Starbucks! Every staff member was very attentive. You can exchange your money right at the hotel desk. Also, they have stamps if you need to send a postcard!... More

I was surprised at the hotel cleanliness, comfortability, and location since I had never heard of the hotel name prior to this stay. It is conveniently located by the Tokyo station with many underground shops and restaurants. The service was also very good and the price is still reasonable.

My first impressions were, WOW! Very classic modern elegence in the lobby, design and room furnishings. This is an updated (rather than dated) Tokyo hotel centrally located adjacent to the Tokyo station and JR Lines. You get the high standard of luxe hotels you expect. But, the nice surprise is that the rooms have been upgraded / modernized too which... More

I have stayed many times at this hotel. Recently it has been so popular I have not been able to get in when I wanted to do so. Part of it's popularity is it's location in the Sapia building a few steps-literally, you never get wet- from the Nihonbashi side of Tokyo Station. The staff is always excellent. The breakfast... Stayed 3 nights in this hotel which is convenient located just next to the Tokyo Station (if you are arriving from Narita take the airport express which is about 1 hour ride). However, given the numerous exits, it is important to exit correctly as this hotel is located within an office block (Sapia Tower) and hence maybe easy to miss... More

We stayed here for 5 nights after 9 nights touring Central Japan. We had couriered our bags from our hotel in Kanazawa and when we were still handling check in matters, they brought our bags to us without us even having mention it yet. Truly efficient! The hotel is just a few meters walk from the Nihonbashi exit of Tokyo... More

Next to Tokyo station, close to Ginza shopping area, the Imperial Palace and its gardens, this hotel was an excellent choice. Great views, english/continental + japanese breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms. Sound proof, even from the nearby counstrucion site. Would go there again.

Staying in Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
