After arriving at Narita this hotel is very convenient to get to. Sits on top of Tokyo station. Close to Emperors gardens and lots of great shops/cafes around. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant (Tenqoo) is reasonably priced and the food was delicious. It also has an amazing view.

Excellent location just next to the Tokyo Station, the room can see the Skytree. The service is good and staff are very considerate. Lobby is pretty and has a railway model. Strongly recommend, must come again next time.

A good quality hotel and well positioned for Central Toyko. Located in the Sapia Tower it is just part of Toyko Station itself. The station can be very confusing itself especially at peak times. The rooms are clean and bright with good city views. The staff were pleasant and helpful and acomodation cost reasonable given the location. We arrived at... More

As a business traveller I was a bit disappointed with the Metropolitan. On the positive side the location is good. It's right by Tokyo station (although as others noted tricky to find) it's also near the financial district. Check in was smooth and the rooms were adequate and quiet with comfortable beds. Wifi worked well. All staff were helpful and... More

Hotels around Tokyo station tend to be pricier than those in other tourist hot spots like Shinjuku and Ikebukuro. But most of the trains in and out of Tokyo stop by this station – including the Narita Express (to the airport) and many bullet trains heading to other provinces. Our plane landed into Tokyo late in the evening and we... More

Perfect for flying in late as it is so close to Tokyo station. I mean, it's basically sitting on top of the station. And if you're alright with the labyrinth that is Tokyo station you'll find it. Make sure you look at their instructions though, they're details and will get you there eventually! Views are fantastic and the reception area... More

The location is good and just next to Tokyo Station. It's easy to travel around Tokyo by train. Staffs are nice, polite and helpful. The room is modern, clean & tiday. We stayed in corner room which had a wonderful view of train platform and Tokyo Sky Tree.

Visiting from Australia and stayed two nights on a quick stop over on the way to Shiga Kogen. The Hotel is in a great position just next door to the Tokyo Station exit. It's also only 10 minutes walk from the Imperial Palace. Once you are brave enough to tackle the Tokyo subway train system you will appreciate how handy... More

My friend and I stayed here on our first night in Japan. Absolutely lovely hotel, clean, great location, and comfortable. Very easy to travel around Tokyo from here on the trains and then head onward to other parts of Japan. Staff were friendly and very happy to help.

We stayed for seven nights with our two 7 year old children who were most intrigued by the fabulous model railway in the lobby with its miniature Shinkansens whipping around the tracks. There were plenty of trains to be seen outside too as our corner room had a wonderful view over the Tokyo Station and the Tokyo Sky Tree -... More

Staying in Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
