Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The room was large by any international standards. Loved the walk-in wardrobe, complete with dressing table, and the large bathroom with heated floors. Location was also good, with shops and restaurants a stone's throw away. We had a great time, thanks to a very helpful and polite staff, and the complimentary... More

Spent an evening at one of the best Chinese restaurants in Tokyo - Hei Fung at The Peninsula. Fantastic 6-course set men with their on Champagne - absolutely worth the trip!! The "birds nest" with Cray is a definere winner. Happy to give the restaurant and hotel my absolutely best recommendations.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is next to the Mtr station. The hotel is near the shopping centre. The room is very spacious and hi-tech. The service is very good. I like the hotel very much except the gym and the swimming pool are pretty small.

We stayed in peninsula Tokyo on Dec 20. We went trough mails several times to check all the facilities in the room was suitable for our baby going with us. In between we planed to visit ghibli museum, but the tickets must be taken in 3 days in the local shops after booking on line. I talked to peninsula concierge... More

We stayed at The Peninsula Tokyo in early Dec 2014 for our family vacation. Traveled with 2 young children. Access was convenient from Narita and to Haneda. Plenty of shops and restaurants within minutes on foot from the hotel. A small lounge area, rather than the main walkway, would be nice for resting while waiting for check-in and check-out. We... We stayed six nights at The Peninsula Tokyo at the end of November in a Superior King room. We could not have been happier with the room. It was more like a junior suite, with an entry foyer and dressing area with plenty of room for luggage, a comfy sofa, table for in-room dining and a little workstation. Plenty of... More

I have stayed at this wonderful property dozens of times since it opened but it had been almost two years since my last visit. I was a bit surprised to be greeted by name by the doorman and front desk person despite my unusually long absence. On the other hand, it is that level of attention to detail and customer... More

I stayed at the Peninsula Tokyo once before soon after it opened and had high expectations for this visit. The hotel has a great Ginza location, with direct access to the subway station and an easy walk to great shopping. While not faded I would say that the rooms were starting to feel a little in need of a refresh,... More

Each time I stay at a peninsula hotel I am always excited to see how good it will be compared to the last. I never feel apprehensive that it won't be up to the mark and I haven't been disappointed yet. Minor issue of a smoking room being provided was promptly sorted by one of the most polished concierges I... More
