Pros: very quiet, quick check-in, size of room (for Tokyo), cleanliness, breakfast Cons: location (more on that below), hard bed, facilities or lack thereof I arrived in the area at night and it was very quiet in the area with nobody to ask directions. It was difficult to find in the dark as I tried taking the subway to the... More

I stayed here 4 nights recently. The front desk staff when I checked in late at night was unfriendly and not helpful at all. The towels in the bathroom were threadbare. There were hardly any facilities in the hotel. The location was good though, near 3 metro stations. I would only stay here if I was spending minimum time in... More

This is a great hotel! It is rather small but we had two large luggage and it fit just fine. The family mart which is open pretty much 24 hours is literally across the road - you can see it from reception. The bed, blanket and pillows are clean and super comfortable and the room is very clean. Nagatacho station... More

I have stayed here for 8 days to speak at a conference & it is a comfortable hotel. The beds are a bit on the hard side but I've adapted. There is no real storage in the small rooms; I can't comment on any larger rooms. It presupposes you are here for a short stay - overnight. You need to... More

I found this hotel on Trivago and I booked it because it was a cheap price for a 4 stars hotel in the heart of Tokyo. I saw also beautiful description and pics of the building and the panoramic views. ...and it was exactly like that, I really found what I expected and I am really satisfied with myself. I... More

This place was so lacking in welcoming atmosphere you felt you were in a Kubrick film. The hotel is used for conferences and there is that don't mix business with pleasure feel about it. However I was exhausted when I arrived and to have such a large and comfortable single bed in a little cocoon up in the sky was... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while in Tokyo and we never had a problem. Closest station to the hotel is Nagatacho station (exit (9a- has escalator or 9b- stairs so if you have a lot of luggage exit on 9a). Room was a bit small (but most hotel rooms in Japan are small anyway) but decent enough... More

Quiet location in a bustling city. Familymart just across the street! Excellent connections in front of the door with 3 subway lines. Staff could speak better english. Breakfast ok, rooms a bit small. Would stay here again

This hotel is very business... If you don't want to spend much time here and discover Tokyo then this is excellent... We just wanted to sleep and shower at this place so no need for any of the big facilities like swimming pools etc... Based in a good place and cabs go by very frequently... FamilyMart just next door which... More

Location: Chiyoda, which is probably the best location near everything relevant in Tokyo. Quiet zone and well conected thru metro. Lobby and common areas: business look, nothing special. Checked in at night and the person wasn't the most welcoming (in contrast to every other hotel we stayed) but didnt mind it that much (just making nitice of it). Room: this... More
