a great and central base to explore tokyo. don't expect any thrills but it is very clean, staff are helpful and various metro lines are in close proximity. great views over tokyo too. 'double beds' are rather small.

i have recommended this hotel to my friends as it is located in a quiet place( but near to the subway) , around 3 -5 stations away from tourist spots and has excellent cheap, authentic, clean restaurants around, as well as supermarkets . there are plenty of 24/7 convenience stores so getting up hungry in the middle of the night...
