This hotel is great for exploring Tokyo as it is right in the central station building: the main hub where all the JR lines and metro lines go through. Although the Chiyoda area itself is quite a quiet business area so it's not super noisy at night like some of the more livelier areas of town, there are still plenty... More

The Tokyo Station Hotel is one of the most luxurious hotels in Tokyo. The service is impeccable and the design is exquisite. Complimentary meet and greet service at Tokyo Station was extremely helpful since Tokyo Station is fairly large and most of the railway staff don't speak english. The purpose of my visit to Tokyo was actually to try out... More

I stayed at The Tokyo Station Hotel for a night during my recent trip. Although the location is excellent, it took me quite a few minutes to make my way to the hotel. Located on the Marunouchi side of Tokyo Station, it is not as easy for make your way there from the ground floor, if you're not familiar with... More

I and my husband selected this hotel for our Birthday celebration. We loved shopping and tried Michelin-star food in Tokyo. I contacted conciege for restaurant reservation for Jiro Sushi ( 3-star michlein and very difficult to make reservation) and some other restaurants. Marie Antoinette Mori, Chief Concierge, replied me and she was very kind and helpful. She finally made my... More

The hotel is right above the station but absolutely no noise! It was fully restored in 2012 , even keeping the very ceilings in the bedrooms. It is a great location for most tours and opposite many, many restaurants as well as a minimarket.

Beautiful & sophisticated hotel, great location at Tokyo train station. Staff were lovely & polite! Rooms were gorgeous, comfy bed, clean & large bathroom area with bath & big shower. Really comfortable & enjoyable stay. A highlight of my trip in Japan! Highly recommend for comfort and location. Stayed end of April

Wonderful hotel, great location at Tokyo Station. Very comfortable room with probably the best hotel bathroom I can remember - large bath, huge rain-shower (separate). We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast in the great looking room on level 4. The reception area is comfortable with lots of loungechairs, the staff very attentive and of course the entire... Surprise surprise! From the great service and detail decor, I enjoyed every bit of the time in this hotel. The bath is amazing. The luxury of using the washroom was worth all the money spent but well worth it. I love the spacious room according to Tokyo standard. High ceiling height and feel so good. Walking outside of the hotel... More

I stayed at the Tokyo Station hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is conveniently located above the Tokyo train station. Access to all if Tokyo's tourist spots are within reach. There are 3 buildings across from the hotel with a variety of food options. Service was fantastic and staff couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were amazing and beds were... More

This hotel is conveniently located in the Tokyo train station, by the Marounouchi south exit. The services (front desk staff to guest services such as luggage handling) were efficient and friendly. The amenities/decor in the room were well appointed. It's quiet as the windows are double-paned (our room faced the street but absolutely no traffic noise!), beds were more than... More
