I have to say a very big thank you to the front desk & concierge staff at the Grand Palace. I needed to see a doctor during my stay and I had a lot of difficulty finding a doctor who would see me. Very clean, 2 minutes to the Kudanshita subway station or 6 minutes to the Iidabashi JR station. Lots of food shops close by, 1 minute to the Budokan, and about 10 minutes walk to the Imperial palace gates. more

What a fantastic hotel! Clean, comfortable, modern very helpful staff and great restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and will definately be staying there when Im next in Tokyo. Contrary to previous review, I find this hotel quite good. I had no problem speaking to hotel staff in English and breakfast is nice. The best thing about this hotel is its location, 2-minute walk to Kudanshita Metro station and 10-minute walk to Iidibashi JR station.
