The hotel is superbly located, right above Akasaka -Mitsuke metro station, walkable for many business locations and pretty handy for tourism too via the metro. There are dozens and dozens of restaurants in walking distance. The hotel offers free wifi, all the toiletries you'll need, a surprisingly powerful shower and ipod speakers. Room is not massive and there is not... More

The hotel is modern, clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful, and their English is excellent. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived, so we left our luggage in safe hands and ventured out for lunch. To our delight we found a coffee shop virtually next door to the hotel, and across the road several streets filled with... More

Stayed here on my first trip to Japan, not knowing quite what to expect. I arrived tired and jet-lagged, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and although it was well before normal check in time a room was found for me. The rooms are a good size and very well equipped. The food in the restaurant was excellent and... More

Very good hotel and my single room was modern, comfortable and clean with coffee and tea making facilities. Good selection of bathroom stuff too as well as slippers and robe. Check-in easy and staff very helpful especially in the restaurant and at the excellent breakfast which has a good variety of both western and Japanese food. Hotel in a good... More

All the staff I encountered were very polite and helpful and spoke good English. The hotel itself is well situated for visiting Tokyo, with the Akasaka-Mitsuke Metro station a short walk away. My room was a single, non-smoking room on the ninth floor, which, although quite small, was adequate for my needs and away from the side of the hotel... More

We spent 8 night at the hotel. Spectacular breakfast, exciting dining options, tempting boutiques. Excellent area, bustling night life, lots of choices. But all the eating and shopping is done, it would have been so nice to go to work it out. Even just having a designated room to do yoga would have been great.

The Hotel has a good and courteous staff; services and room space is far better than compared to any hotel in Akasaka area. There are decent restaurants as well on the first floor. Hardly 1 min walk to nearest Akasaka mitsuke, ideal for Business travellers.

Tiny room and I was put in a smoking room without being asked. When I asked to be in a non smoking room the person refused and hung up on my face. Should have gone to nearby APA hotel same comfort half the price. Certainly won't make that mistake again.

Wonderful, relaxing stay for business. During the weekend the city across the street is very slow. Rooms were very nice size. The breakfast was more than enough. I wish I would have tried more of the restaurants attached to the hotel instead of across the street.

We had a room located very far away and could not connect to the hotel wifi. We called the front desk and asked if it's because the room is too far and requested for a change of rooms. A staff came up and confirmed that we could not connect. Yet we still went through almost an hour worth of technical... More
