We did not know what to expect on our trip and the Four Seasons made the introduction to Tokyo very easy. The service, location, facility were outstanding. That alone is worth the investment. Next to Tokyo Station and in the Financial District allowed for a top of the line experience.

We stayed a week over December/ January 2015 at the Four Seasons Japan. Reservations was easy online and confirmed via email. The staff also arranged to meet us at the airport, escort us to the Narita Express train and another staff member met us at the Tokyo station to escort us to the hotel. Thank goodness they did as its... More

The rooms are beautiful, the staff is unbelievable, and the location is great. A few examples: - They meet you at the airport or train and escort you to your room. - They got us reservations to Michelin 3-star Yoshitake (which you have to try if you can get in) - We bought something a bit unwieldy in Ginza, and... This was our first trip to Japan and I originally booked in at the Park Hyatt, however once I realised the location I moved over to the Four Seasons and I'm very glad I did. The hotel is small and all the better for it. The location is great with easy access to the main station, subway, Ginza and the... More

The room we had was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large and well-equipped with quality amenities. We had a room with a beautiful view of the train tracks allowing us to watch the bullet trains silently glide in and out of the station. The fitness center had a spacious and well-equipped gym and a small but functional onsen,... More

This is a fabulous hotel right by the Tokyo train station. It's luxurious and service oriented with great staff and great food for all palates. We stayed for three nights. Don't accept a room over the train tracks unless you are a very sound sleeper.

The Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi is exactly what the Four Seasons Brand represents. the hotel was selected for an overnight stay after arriving from the US and before leaving for Nagano Prefecture the next day. What distinguishes one luxury hotel from another is the service of their employees. The Four Seasons at Marunouchi stands out as one of the best. Everyone, and I mean everyone, knows your name and wants to assist you with a smile. They truly do not seem to know how to say "No" to a guest request or situation. We were... More

My friend and I used the Four Seasons at Marunouchi as a layover stop between Tokyo and Sapporo. We arrived at 8pm and departed at 4am the next morning but even in such a short time, we both came away very impressed with the personalized level of service. Everyone, from bellhop to front desk, were more than eager and helpful.... More

Staying in Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
