Undoubtedly one of the top hotels in Tokyo, if not the best! Excellent location with only a short walk to the Palace, Tokyo Station, Ginza etc. Rooms are very large by Japanese standards and furnishings are excellent. My room was on one of the club floors, offering access to the top floor club with patio--an excellent perk with a truly... More

Wow, I recently traveled to Japan with my two teenage children, childhood dream since watching Shogun with my mum when I was 12. We stayed for 4 nights at this amazing hotel, first class food and a room view to die for. we had a room on the 15th Floor which overlooked the imperial palace complex with the greenery of... More

This Hotel is very luxurious with views out over the Imperial Palace. It would appear that every room gets a view. The rooms are large and have the quietest air conditioners I have come across. There is a DVD player in all rooms and you can even play your iPhone through the TV speakers. International power sockets are built in.... More

Top class hotel from every point of view. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, excellent service and comfort. Well located with a fine view across the Imperial Park and the city! Comfortable and spacious room, impeccably clean. Took a bit of time to work which switch operated which light / curtain / appliance. Pricey, but in... More

After changing from the Cerulean in Shibuya to this hotel, we could really relax and enjoy Tokyo. Great rooms, amazing views, nice breakfast, complementary gym, excellent location. Highly recommended!

Excellant service, a 4min walk to Tokyo station, Stunning city view. The teppanyaki with waygu beef melts in the mouth. Everywhere from the room to service is top notch. The room size is huge for Japanese standard

We spent a total of 3 nights at the Palace going to and from Japan. The location across from the Imperial Palace is beautiful, particularly with blossoms in full swing. We found the rooms beautiful and spotlessly clean-- an upgrade on the third night to a higher class room was much appreciated. Staff were uniformly helpful and pleasant. One small... More

Wonderful stay at Palace hotel in Tokyo. My wife and I never cease to be amazed of the quality of service you receive in Japan and still the Palace manages to exceed expectations. Location is hard to beat right in front of the imperial Palace. I enjoyed running around the palace almost every day and it is by itself a... More

Unbelievable hotel. I used to stay at the Imperial for years, but my colleagues started staying at the Palace and suggested I do the same. This place exceeded every expectation that I could have from the room, to the service, to the view, to the location, etc. Top notch and worth every penny that I spent. Also, love the fact... More

The Palace Hotel is a large, modern, luxury hotel which is literally 1 traffic light across from one of the main gates of the Imperial Palace. It is centrally located in Tokyo and on top of the C13b exit of Otemachi station. Which itself is 1 stop away from Tokyo station. Pros: This hotel has all the normal top notch... More
