The friendliest and most helpful staff. Congierge Mr. Hoshino Yuichi found and arranged an appointment at the art gallery where we could purchase some the art we admired in the hotel. Delicious food, beautiful decor, plus the superb staff made for a wonderful 3 days.

This hotel was amazing, we stayed 4 nights at the beginning of our Japan adventure at The Palace. The location was perfect, 5 mins walk from Tokyo station and our room overlooked the Imperial Palace and surrounding gardens. The breakfast and service of the staff was exceptional. Can't wait to return to this amazing hotel.

At the end of two weeks in Japan travelling through a big heat wave - we were desperate for some western indulgence. My two criteria were to have an amazing buffet breakfast and a pool. This place ticked both my wishes. Firstly the buffet breakfast is amazing and especially for its western style offerings which included a egg station ;... More

This hotel is simply amazing. It is a beautifully decorated spotless property. The service form the staff is some of the best in the world. I stayed with access to the club lounge. This is worth the upgrade as the personal service there is exceptional. It also offers a very nice waiter service cocktail hour.

Stayed here with the extended family. A stone's throw away from Ginza, and our room had a glimpse of the Palace grounds. Perfect balance of urban and garden landscape. Perfect for those who jogs too, since it is located right next to the Palace grounds, a great jogging route in the heart of the city. Staff are great and very... More

I stayed here during a business trip and would say that this really exemplifies the elegant and classy hotel, with almost perfect service. The staff who I dealt with were very professional and highly efficient. My room was a decent size, well-furnished and very clean and was very tastefully furnished - no excess and pointless "luxury", just very tasteful and... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in the height of a very hot summer and had a great stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the views over the Imperial Palace spectacular. The service was some of the best I have experienced - really attentive and polite, and the location was also very convenient as the hotel has a direct... More

My wife and I stayed at the palace hotel for 4 nights in a balcony room. We booked through booking.com as directed from here. I always double check the hotel directly and they said there was no availability. When I checked the following day there was availability and it was cheaper than through booking.com. When I contacted booking.com for their... More

The hotel was reached from Haneda airport within 30min by Taxi. The hall is huge and the receptionist very friendly. Improvement could be done if the people would speak proper english at the front desk.. The rooms were ok, but quite pricy for the size I got. Well as Tokyo is very expensive I will have to take it

This hotel is fantastic. It comes with a 24 hours gym and beautiful and new interiors. Only 2 drawback, the nearest food outlet is about 15mins walk away, and the internet is not stable in my room. Other than that, I would rate it as excellent.

Staying in Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
