We just returned from three nights at the Grand Palace. They offered us everything we needed. close to metro and restaurants. They have a couple of choices of rest. and bars in hotel, but were a little pricey for us. Loved having the metro so close and also an atm in the lobby. They stored our bags for us for... More

We've stayed at many great hotels but I think the Palace Hotel in Tokyo might well beat them all. When we arrived we were greeted at the door, and from our names they linked us to our reservations and simply swept us to the club floor lounge to check in there while our bags were delivered. The staff was incredibly... More

The location was probably the most enjoyable feature for our first trip to Tokyo. It allowed us easy access to all the major neighborhoods. Hotel facilities were fitting for a high-end hotel while our room was grand and included a balcony seating area.

I stayed on the club floor and found the room spacious,,spectacularly clean with wonderful tea and coffee for the morning. The bed was wonderful. The only thing missing was the view of the Imperial gardens. I had a rather ordinary view of some non descript buildings, but the view from the club room was spectacular. The deep bathtub was appreciated... More

We stayed three times in this Hotel in March April 2015. It is situated just opposite the Imperial Palace and its public gardens. The location is superb .The rooms are very pleasant and have very good views . A room with a balcony adds a lot to the experience. The staff and the management are very helpful , the food... More

Palace Hotel Tokyo is a hotel that relaxes you after a whole year of work when you need a break and spend family time with friends and family or your beloved ones. The Palace Hotel is a relaxation paradise and it is also convenient because the Tokyo metro system is underneath the hotel so, if you want to go to... More

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely and will return. The rooms are peaceful, spotlessly clean and luxurious. The view from our balcony of the Palace Gardens provided a calm respite in the midst of a crowded, chaotic Tokyo. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge variety of Western and Japanese items. The 24 hour gym is large... More

My wife and I recently stayed at the Palace Hotel for 7 nights at the beginning of a 4 week tour of Japan. We deliberately chose this hotel to experience a Japanese high class hotel, rather than the usual Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton etc that we would usually use. We selected a Club Deluxe Room with balcony as we find... More

Staying in Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
