This is an impressive newly refurbished hotel, with nicely designed and spacious common areas and wonderful comfortable rooms. Staff is very attentive and polite. There are several restaurants and a couple of bars inside the hotel and - having tried 2 restaurants and two bars, they are all recommended. Free wifi a plus. The two areas for improvement are 1)... We stayed at the Palace Hotel with our 3 year old. As with can be expected of Japanese hospitality, the service is impeccable with each aspect of our stay looked after with the greatest amount of attention to detail. During check-in we requested a larger room if available - and were pleased to be given this without questions or any... More

Everything is excellent: the location (facing the imperial palace), the staff, the service, the room and its equipment, the breakfast, the view on the gardens and Tokyo station ... Expensive but beautiful.

We travelled in Japan for 9 days staying in 4 different locations.the Palace hotel was by far the highlight. The service is impeccable, nothing is too much trouble and the rooms are spectacular! We had a club room booked so we had access to the Club Lounge which is one of the best ever! Laurent Perrier champagne, quality snacks, breakfast... More

I've been coming to Tokyo twice a year for the past 20 years or so and this is definitely my favourite - the only trouble being that it is often full. Accepting that it is now well known and busy, it retains a personal charm and some of the best views in Tokyo, right next to the Palace gardens. Great... More

2 nights in a corner room. Positives: Tokyo hotel with large balcony.?.....YES! And the room is pretty big too. Its not cheap but it was a good experience. The balcony overlooked parts of the imperial gardens which was nice. Negatives: Be prepared for the steep price. Not that near to any convenient store.

Its great location, literally near the Palace ground, train station, dining and shopping are just a doorstep away. Stayed in their Deluxe room with balcony over looking the Palace... More

I stayed in this hotel for business purposes end April 2015. First of all, I have to say that this a top luxury hotel which, and this is not by causality, belongs to the Leading Hotels of the World group. Location: it is very well located, 3-4 minutes by taxi or 10 minutes walking from Tokyo central station which makes... More
