I stayed in this hotel for business purposes end April 2015. First of all, I have to say that this a top luxury hotel which, and this is not by causality, belongs to the Leading Hotels of the World group. Location: it is very well located, 3-4 minutes by taxi or 10 minutes walking from Tokyo central station which makes... More

It was the first stay at Palace and I had a high expectation from the previous good reviews. The location is not bad...they have several subway lines nearby. (Distance to Marunouchi line is little over 400m though.) From Tokyo station to the hotel by walking with several luggages was not fun. The room layout is good and the balcony is... More

The hotel is as good as should be expected from a top luxury hotel. However, having experienced a 7.8 magnitude earthquake today whilst in our room on the 22nd floor and attempting to use the fire exits on the floor, we were disconcerted to find that they were both locked. After 20 minutes of attempts to call reception, we were... More

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Wonderful in every way. The hotel is beautiful. Its swimming pool has an amazing view. The breakfast is fantastic, staff very helpful and polite. A truly five star experience!

Beautifully appointed rooms. Immaculate and comfortable. Across from Imperial Palace; close to Ginza and rail station. Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant needs improvement. Very slow service, average food and expensive.

Opposite the Imperial Gardens, with incredibly attentive service at every step. Excellent ground floor restaurant (busy at breakfast), and French restaurant upstairs. This could be very expensive unless you choose carefully, but not more than top class facilities at home. Plenty of much cheaper eateries nearby, especially if you are happy to "eat local." Rooms great. But be careful which... More

By far the best big city hotel we have ever stayed in. Arrival, check-in, room, breakfast, concierge -- the service was professional and absolutely flawless. Difficult to see how it could be improved. (We ended up eating out every day/night but if there was one criticism it is the steep prices in the hotel's restaurants, especially compared to other restaurants... More

The Palace Hotel in Tokyo is one of the loveliest big city hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms and bathrooms are large with gorgeous views of the Imperial gardens. Deluxe view rooms have spacious balconies, a rarity in a city hotel. The restaurant in the lobby was outstanding and service throughout was perfect. I would definitely stay here... More

Located in a corner of the public grounds surrounding the Imperial Palace the hotel offers stunning views of the grounds and the palace itself and Tokyo's skyline. Lobby: subtle, tasteful luxury without the overbearing trappings and scale of other new hotels in Asia. The lobby divides the potentially noisy check-in and concierge areas from the other public areas to enhance... More
