Very nice hotel. Good location, large nicely-designed rooms, spotlessly clean. An excellent hotel for business but would also be a very nice play to stay if you are visiting for pleasure. I would particularly like to thank the staff at reception, who really went out of their way to help make my stay a pleasant and memorable one. One small... More

This is a new hotel that was open 3 years ago and located just in front of the Imperial Gardens and Emperor's Palace. Rooms are big and very clean with all the amenities of a 5* hotel. There are several excellent restaurants within the property. The Business Lounge is situated on the 19th floor and offers all the services necessary.

I guess this place is pricey for a reason. You're paying for its worth. The room was of pretty reasonable size, bathroom was big with a nice bathtub. The water pressure is one of the BEST I've had in any hotels (I still miss it lol). The staff service was excellent, they're forever smiling, attentive and make sure you feel... More

I have been blown away with this hotel. In the very impressive Japanese way, every single detail has been thought out in the design and service at this beautiful hotel. Be sure to read up on the artwork in the hotel in the coffee table book in your room and take the time to walk around and appreciate the art.... More

It's a near perfect hotel situated a bit far from the main shopping area (about 15 USD in taxi). It offers great service, food is also good in each of its many restaurants and bars. Stuff is very friendly. We will return

The three of us stayed at Palace Hotel for 3 days and had no complaints. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The concierge service is impeccable with the greatest amount of attention to detail, we made numerous changes to our itinerary but they were ever helpful and accommodating.

Second stay at this hotel. I was in a deluxe room #1421 last September. I loved that room mainly because of the 3 tv's. I was upgraded because I booked thru visa signature and also got a balcony. This past June, I booked a club room #1833. I requested a room on the same floor as the lounge, but that... More

Tokyo has the best service in the world and this hotel is great even within that context. The breakfast buffet is excellent. And the sushi restaurant and adjacent bar are to die for. This hotel makes even a long tiring business trip tolerable. And the smell...Amazing!

I cannot imagine a better stay anywhere in Tokyo than at this hotel. It's a perfectly wonderful environment that somehow manages to make you feel that you're in a small hotel where the large, friendly and most competent staff has known you for years and takes pleasure in catering to your every move. From the rooms, to the breakfasts, to... More

My room No. was 821 with comfortable bed, cozy living, spacious bath tab with TV and large balcony, besides the view of green and Tokyo tower. I enjoyed the elegant staying! The beautiful breakfast buffet at the summer breezing terrace of the Grand Kitchen. I enjoyed having a generous breakfast until 10:30am after swimming at Evian Spa. I used the... More

Staying in Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
