I find the rooms in this hotel very similar to Conrad Tokyo. In fact, they are nearly identical! Yet, they are different in other areas. Palace Hotel offers rooms with balconies, I enjoyed the clean morning air mixed with cold fog and the view from the 23rd floor. Location wise, it is ideal for travelers who wish to use Shinkansen... This is a fantastic place in a beautiful location with top service. Traveling for business you want to be in a place where the more you return the more you feel like home away from home. Spacious rooms with all the amenities and a great workout room to sweat off the the jet leg.

Magnificent location, beautifully appointed decor, impeccable service, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive staff. I asked for a quiet room in the highest floor possible and that is exactly what I got, an amazing view of Tokyo and the Imperial Palace. I cannot commend the staff enough, from the porter, to the concierge, to the front desk, to housekeeping. Superb, luxury accommodation! Highly... More

This is a quality but cool business hotel.Just stayed four nights. Rooms well appointed and spacious with great bathrooms. Could not get any TV channels in bedroom that were not in Japanese. But it didn't really matter with a great WIFI connection. Good breakfast and friendly staff. As you might expect breakfast is pricey but there are restaurants etc in... More

Location : 4.5/5 - At your door step is the beautiful Outer gardens of the Imperial palace grounds- a very nice and pleasant walk. A 6 min walk to the start of shopping street Marunochi with lots of malls ( 2 blocks/ streets way) ,Tokyo station is about 10-12min walk (4 blocks). Otemachi Station on the Toei Mita Line- 2... More

We really enjoyed this hotel. After a stay in Kyoto and Matsumoto we finished a trip to Japan at the Palace Hotel. 4 seasons quality service but much more Japanese. Hotel over looks the Imperial Palace Gardens. Recommend waking the gardens in early morning and trying to catch a few glimpses of the royal palace grounds and their morning kendo... More

Love Tokyo- this hotel is very centrally located, with good subway and underground walking connections. Huge complex recently renovated, walking distance to Tokyo station for Narita Express. Consistent with what one can come to expect in Japan, great aesthetic and service. Many restaurants and huge complex gives it a bit of a Vegas feel, but I'll take that any way... More

Back Again to the PALACE HOTEL Came here last October and returned . I had an extraordinary stay, probably better than the previous one. ( which was really god). Now in my personal preferences PALACE HOTEL is number ONE,followed by Peninsula ,Four Seasons and Park Hyatt. And save 200/300 bucks a day , comparing with the others..not bad at all .... More

I've stayed at the Palace twice over the past year so can vouch I liked it enough to come back, and will do so again. Pros (with some caveats): - Location (although in Tokyo I chose my hotels based on where I need to be, so this can vary) - Views from rooms - Impeccable modern rooms but these are... More
