We are at the Palace Hotel for 2 nights and, so far, the service, the food, the attention and the cleaness is outstanding. However, tonight after trying to have dinner at the Grand Kitchen Restaurant and not being able because it was full, we were invited to stay at the Palace Lounge and have a light meal . When the... I stayed at the hotel for three nights. I'm a frequent traveler to Japan however it was my first stay at The Palace Hotel. Everything was perfect: from the quality of the room, the facilities, club lounge and in-room dining to the hospitality of the staff, it was such a luxurious experience. I would have no hesitation in booking my... More

In summary, everything about this hotel is near perfection. The front door staff read my name on my luggage tags so quickly that I was greeted by name when exiting the taxi upon arrival. I was then led to the front desk where the staff balanced a perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. I was lead to a (standard) room... More

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough... It was amazingly professional from start to finish but at the same time there is something exceptionally caring about the palace. In the bar Mr Matsumoto was so thoughtful, life is not always as easy as others may think when you are a female on your own. If you are going to Tokyo...... More

In Palace Hotel Tokyo everything worked perfectly. Service staff was really attentive and over all the hotel was exactly what you expect from a 5 star hotel. We stayed three nights in Grande Deluxe -room. The balcony was huge and the view to Imperial Palace garden was beautiful. You could also see the skyline from the bathtub. The walk-in closet... More

This hotel has a superb location overlooking the Imperial Palace and its gardens. Not only that but it is close to both Tokyo Central Station and the Metro Otemachi station is almost underneath. Rooms are a delight, especially the suite that we had which fell into the Club category with access to a dedicated lounge. There was a balcony with... More

My husband and I recently stayed at The Palace Hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary and we were totally in awe of the thoughtfulness and kindness the staff showed to us. We had never before stayed at a hotel where the staff, who spoke English well, went to an incredibly wonderful effort to make our stay such a very happy... More

Staying in Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
