In Palace Hotel Tokyo everything worked perfectly. Service staff was really attentive and over all the hotel was exactly what you expect from a 5 star hotel. We stayed three nights in Grande Deluxe -room. The balcony was huge and the view to Imperial Palace garden was beautiful. You could also see the skyline from the bathtub. The walk-in closet... More

This is the first time I have stayed at the palace hotel in Tokyo The rooms were very well appointed and had all the amenities a business traveler would want The bathrooms were luxurious and linen and towels were very nice The ingredients in the bathroom were of a high quality The location is excellent to see the palace and... This hotel has a superb location overlooking the Imperial Palace and its gardens. Not only that but it is close to both Tokyo Central Station and the Metro Otemachi station is almost underneath. Rooms are a delight, especially the suite that we had which fell into the Club category with access to a dedicated lounge. There was a balcony with... More

My husband and I recently stayed at The Palace Hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary and we were totally in awe of the thoughtfulness and kindness the staff showed to us. We had never before stayed at a hotel where the staff, who spoke English well, went to an incredibly wonderful effort to make our stay such a very happy... More

The stay in the Palace Hotel Tokyo was one of the best hotels in terms of hospitality and service. The rooms are perfect, the interior designers thought of every need and gadget you might have. Floor to ceiling windows with view of the palace compound are also not soething that you get every day. The food selection is widely ranged,... More

This is by far the best hotel for us in Tokyo. I've stayed in the other high end hotels in the area and this is "the one" for me and my family so far. Not the biggest room in the city but very decent size and well appointed interiors. Love it that the rooms have balcony (very safe height of... More

The hotel was overall very impressive. Walking distance to Tokyo station, less than 10 minutes. For those who preferred to get right to Metro, hotel was right at Otemachi station. Hotel never disapppointed me at all during my 8-day stay. Ranging from check-in counter, the staffs were very polite and with good command of English. Room were relatively spacious from... More

Stayed at the Palace for two nights in December and it proved a wonderful choice. It is one of the most Japanese of Tokyo's luxury hotels (compared to some of the more "internationalised" brands like Shangri La, Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, or Park Hyatt) and in my view has some of the most prettily decorated rooms of all in a sober... If you can afford to stay at this hotel then you will not be disappointed. The executive room I stayed in was of the very highest standard and the service was second to none. However at over £900 per night B&B it is slightly more than I would want to pay if I was staying as a private guest. The... More

Indeed a Palace !!! Probably among one of the best hotels. Next to the Palace, conveniently located at walking distance to Tokyo station. Good breakfast spread - with options to side indoors or outdoors. Rooms are very good and spacious. As we say nothing comes for free - you pay for what you get; Expensive.
