Despite being in a very central location: 2 minutes from Hibiya metro station, 15 minutes walk from Tokyo central train station and the Imperial Palace and gardens, this hotel has some major problems. The hotel is very beautifully designed inside and out, with a modern feel, and is easy to get to. The staff speak very little English, which was... More

Location is asset. Rain shower is greatly functional to release weariness. Room is spacious enough for the paid money with massage chair. Good decorations in Muji style impress me once opening the door. Services are average if being compared to others in the franschise (Remm Shin Osaka). Dining and shopping places are its neighbors (recommending Sushi Sanmai). Housekeeping seems to... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and I must say I really really like the place. Very near restaurants, very near train and subway stations, very near shopping malls there's even one beside the hotel, Chanter. The lobby has a Cafe Muji for breakfast, accessible even for wheelchairs. The room is small yes for Japan standards but I like it... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed at stay at Remm Hibiya. The hotel was really easy to find from Yurakucho Station. The hotel was really close to both Hibiya and Ginza Metro Stations, Yakitori Alley and all of the shops and restaurants of Ginza. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, the service was amazing. We quite liked our... More

The location is good. Near Hibiya subway station and Yurakuchou JR station. It is also just opposite the famous Imperial Hotel Tokyo where the Japan imperial family often visit. The room is also clean. The breakfast is not that delicious but is OK. However, I will not recommend this hotel due to following drawbacks. 1) The staff was indifferent and... More

The hotel is in a good location(Ginza), but the room sizes are small for the price paid. I understand it is Tokyo, but rooms should be of livable standards. The bed was smaller than queen size. Pros: Good location(Near to 3 subway lines), many bars at 5 mins walking distance Good amenities Staff was friendly and helpful Clean rooms Good... More

This hotel is neat and compact in typical Japanese style. The bedroom I was allocated was packed with gadgets (including an expensive-looking massage chair that was a bit too big for the room and that had an extremely vigorous action when switched on) and was very clean. The problem is that I was part-way through a two week business tour,... More

I had stayed at the Remm Shin Osaka earlier in my holiday so the good news is that the rooms here are bigger, that however does not mean they are large. The entrance was not the easiest to find and then you need to take a lift with your luggage up to the reception area before a further lift to... More

- Good location to visit the city and in walking distance from the train station - Very nice and professional staff - Very clean - The room was a bit small, and the separation between the toilet and the room is a glass - Wifi signal wasn't great

Location is very good. Foods available until 11pm in the building just behind hotel. Fun fact: the bed and bathroom are actually separated by just a transparent window plus a sliding curtain/blind. Interestingly the curtain, which also act as a blind is on the outside of bathroom. Here's the fun part since the 'control' isn't with the one using the... More

Staying in Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
