Stayed for 8 nights at Remm Hibiya in May 2015. Room comes with breakfast (fixed western or Japanese set) and free wifi. Clean and comfortable room size for one. Remember to brings body lotion, hand cream and cotton bud. No iron as well. Nearest subway is Hibiya. Location is within walking distance to Ginza and Yurakochu area for shopping and... More

Typical Tokyo high-rise hotel. Narrow, minimalistic and meeting expectations. Good bed, shower and massage chair. Wifi works fine and extra services (eg laundry & breakfast) live up to normal expectations. The real + with this hotel is the location. Smack in the busy middle of the core. Great food, shopping, sight seeing, work, pubs and parks. All rolled into one... More

I shared this room with my friend for one evening. Its a very modern hotel, centrally located (although so new that the cab driver had no clue where it was and I had to get out and walk!) with all the mod cons. Its right across from the side door of the famous Takarazuka Theater, so if your cab doesn't... More

We stayed here for 4 nights. Clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Close to a JR station. Walk to the Ginza District. Pick up the airport limo bus across the street at the imperial Hotel.

Booked a double room and it is absolutely way too small for two people. Literally no place to store one suitcase, let alone two. There is a collapsible rack which had been place in the bathroom in front of the sink to be used. Your choices are to block the entry way of the bathroom, to block the entry way... More

This hotel is clean and convenient. It is near JR stop and also subway stations. The staff are very nice. I have requested to stay in higher floor away from the railway. The room is small but it's quite enough for couple like us as we spend much of the time sightseeing. I will recommend this hotel to others.

This past week (March 19-23) we stayed 3 nights and were very happy. From what I have read about other reviews, all seems pretty accurate. I believe there are 2 room types- (1) double twin and (2) one other room type not much bigger. Very good value for the money. (Our normal hotel, the Peninsula nearby, was sold out. So,... More

I give the REMM Hibiya an Excellent rating for value. This is not a luxury hotel. If you want that go next door to the Imperial Hotel. The REMM is much more a business hotel. It has a great location a short walk to JR, subways and the Ginza district. The rooms are very small but well equipped and with... More

This hotel was a perfect choice for our stay in Tokyo. The room is very small, that's true. But I believe most hotels in Tokyo within this price range have small rooms! The location could not be better. There is a Starbucks very close, where we had most of our breakfasts. There's also a Le Pain Quotidien almost downstairs, which... More

Staying in Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
