The best thing about the Remm Hibiya is the location. If you are visiting Tokyo, this hotel is in a pretty central area, right in between Ginza and the Imperial Palace grounds. I would recommend this hotel for Japanese travellers (or Japanese speakers) for short stays, but that's about it. The room was sooooo small.
