This was the first hotel we stayed at in Tokyo during our 2 week vacation in Japan. The hotel was less than 10 minute walk from the JR Kanda station and about a 10 minute walk from the JR Akihabara station. It was convenient for us to catch the Tsukuba Express from the Akihabara station to visit relatives as well.... More

I will stay here the next time I am in Tokyo, because the staff was incredibly helpful. I made a mess of my reservation, making two by mistake, but the Comfort Hotel people fixed things and cancelled the charge for the second room. Beyond that, the room was clean and quiet, the breakfast buffet good, the wifi free and fast,... More

This was a very simple but comfortable room near the Kanda station in Tokyo. The beds were comfortable and it had some nice pillows to choose from. The breakfast spread was average but had some nice options for the non-Japanese traveler. It had a small closet and bathroom but was a nice option for the sightseer that doesn't stay in... More

Location is perfect: Kanda station is just 5 minutes away (Tokio central station is the next stop in the Yamamote line) Prize is good considering other options and the quality of the hotel. We stayed here twice, therefore in two different rooms: one was big enough, the other one was smaller (maybe too small but we were there only one... More

The hotel is very neat with surprisingly large rooms. The service is nice and the Kanda station is just 5 minutes away. A breakfast is included, but keep in mind that it is not a European style continental breakfast, but a Japanese one with a bit different tastes. The air conditioning is pretty loud, but keeping it off makes the... More

This is a no-frills basic hotel located conveniently close to the Kanda station. Rooms are small (toilet room especially so) but clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and accommodating as we did not speak much Japanese. The complimentary breakfast is fairly limited and the eating area is more like a food court-style space, but it is buffet style and... More

Not as great as the five star hotels of course but I am happy with the service I got and the price I paid. The room was small but with comfortable bed. The hotel is also very accessible, right at town’s center. What I appreciate is that most of the staff speak English very well, which was not often seen... More

This is the perfect budget hotel. The price is very reasonable (especially through rakuten), and it includes free breakfast and in-room wifi internet (a rarity in Tokyo). The breakfast selection was limited, but what they did have tasted good. The service was excellent (and the staff I encountered spoke English well), the room was new, clean and quiet, and it... More

I visit Tokyo every year and have stayed at the Kanda Comfort Hotel five times. In my opinion it is excellent value for money and a real 'find'. Rooms have always been very clean, hotel staff very polite and helpful (although their English is limited they will go out of their way to assist),location is secluded but good, a short... More

Excellent hotel with excellent staff. The free daily breakfast is tasty and sufficient. Kanda is a quieter location than Shinjuku or Roppongi. But this is the reason I chose this hotel. Kanda features nice quiet neighborhoods and this hotel's location exudes a distinctively Japanese feel. In particular, Kanda has several restaurants frequented by local businessmen and one really gets to... More
