Terrific hotel.. I'd find it hard to complain about a Four Seasons Hotel anywhere on the planet. Beautiful garden in the back. We stayed here for 8 nights in early April and everything was great. We stayed here to attend our son's wedding at Chinzanso. We thought the staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. We will go back again. The garden was a real nice touch. More

We are first time to stay this hotel and impressed by a Chinzanso garden (public park) with Kanda riverwalk. We spend 3 times to visit the garden, almost every day once. Although, the way to hotel from Edogawabashi station has 3 different route. We tried all three and found the Kanda Riverwalk is much relax. The fastest is a walk... More

Very impressive service, nice building and unique garden. Always willing to go the extra mile .As business hotel scores superb- for meetings and as place to relax in the evening. Obviously its not a holiday resort- I would choose other alternatives for that. More
