Stayed here for 9 nights on Dec-Jan. Hotel Meigetsu is located in a residential area. It is quite easy to find the hotel. I prefer taking the train from Minami-Senju station, and the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from there. Surrounding areas have combinis and shops. The room itself is nicely fit for 1 person. Room was clean. There's... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and we booked two rooms. Room is rather small but its clean and the recent refurbishment makes all the room looks brand new. But what really surprise is the receptionist that works there. During the new year, a guy gave some presents to our children as new Year Day celebration. On top of that... More

A simple place out of town, hardly any tourist at this area. Is 45mins bus ride from Haneda airport to Senju Ohashi station then ~15mins walk to the hotel. Room is simple with heater, small tv,bed and small table. Nearby hotel have convenient store and a hypermart. Showers located at ground floor but toilets are available at all floors. Bikes... More

Even with a map it was a challenge to locate the hotel at first, coming from Senjuohashi Station (accessible from/to) Narita Airport. But once we had everything settled, it was a relaxing, no-frills stay. The top level bunk bed was kinda high though the mattress was comfortable, and you need to ask for another (beaded) pillow as they're a bit... More

I stayed here for 8 nights in September 2015 and I cannot speak highly enough of the place. I was given a superb (if small) corner room where both windows slid open fully so I could get plenty of air, and the room was very clean, as was the whole place. The bathrooms/showers are also immaculate, and it costs 100-300Y... More

We stayed here in September and liked it so much we came back again! Hotel Meigetsu is quiet, clean, and is situated in a decent location. They have a small kitchen for use with a microwave, two hot plates, a toaster, rice cooker, and a hot water/green tea/popcorn tea dispenser. There's a vending machine on site (let's be honest, there... More

My friends and I stayed here for a couple of nights in standard single rooms. The location is good for those who want to be removed from the hustle and bustle in a quiet little neighborhood, with a short walk to the Metro for easy access to Tokyo city, and the price was very reasonable compared to hotels of similar... Stayed here for almost 2 weeks in the bunk room. Has all the facilities and tools you'd want, close to stores, cafes and the JR & Metro station & very friendly staff members (one who was teaching me Japanese and I'd help him with his English). Place was clean, free wifi, rooms were cool & comfortable (went in June) and... More

I stayed here for a few nights in a single room. Room was small, but acceptable for the price and Japan standards. Very clean and well-kept. In fact I think they air the mattresses and rooms every morning for rooms that aren't occupied. The walls aren't quite sound proof, I could hear people washing their hands even though I wasnt... Room contains just a bed and small table to put your things. The bed was comfy and linen nice and clean. Communal showers were clean and good pressure with body wash, shampoo and conditioner included. The best part was the hotel manager who made us feel very welcome, which was great as this was our first stop in Japan. Definitely... More
