We decided to stay at Charisma Lodge over Nisa's Traveler's Inn as a result of reviews we read. The price the reviewed below mentioned has dramatically increased to 850 PHP for a room with private bathroom.
The room had air-con, TV, and private bathroom. Unfortunately, the bathroom looked like one in a gas station on the side of a highway....

I got single room for two of us for P475, having private bathroom. Room just normal, nothing special, nothing too bad. Hostel is located on Carlos P. Garcia avenue, just across Nisa Travelers Inn, which offers rooms without private bathroom but for higher price.
