I was always afraid of booking at a hotel thru the internet esp.if the hotel doesnt have a website of their own. Some hotels posts pictures that are far more better in the picture than the actual! Great value for the $. It's clean, although there are lots of ants. However, this is a common problem in the Philippines and is no fault of the owners. The only accommodations where there are any ants are probably five-star hotels.

My family & i did have one beautiful stay at Matig-a -- with its scenic panoramic sea-views. The place' manager pretty Mam Eva has been really nice to us, with her staff.
