Close to the airport, clean, friendly staff and quiet. You can not ask more for the value. Well, the wifi did not work in my room (8th floor). There is a good room service if you don't feel in the mood to look for a restaurant.

Disappointing experience. On plus side: Receptionist was lovely; Room was large with good size marble bathroom; Firm mattress. Negative points: First room we were given, the bathroom had a really strong smell of smoke even though meant to be non-smoking rooms - they moved us to another on the same floor which was musty but at least not smoky; No... Picked up hire car at 1130 pm, found hotel at 0115am! Satnav on phone not worked was to blame, but this hotel is NOT at the airport! Room basic but Ok, WiFi poor. We stayed one night which was enough! Staff were very friendly and helpful though. It's a place to sleep...

1. Hotel is not near Airport. Do not take it's name wrong ! You need a taxi or 2 stop in metro to arrive there. 2. Hotel has free wifi IF you can connect ! I could find a 1 hour connection in 4 days ! There is no technician to solve problems. 3. You can't open window unless asking... More

We got caught out by the TAP strike and needed a place to stay. We were lucky that the concierge at the Park Hotel at the airport rang around and found a romantic at Premium Hotel. Very disappointing for a 4 star. Old and tired would be a good description with totally no atmosphere at all. Cavernous dining room with... More

I spent a week in this hotel on an Erasmus + teacher trainig. It was a good and comfortable place to be in, it also served very good food.Sometimes they had WIFI problems but managed to solve them. Moreover it is v.close to the tube so you'll be in the centre of Porto in less than half an hour. The hotel also... In a convenient location for the Airport and more suited to the business traveller than a tourist hotel. I found the rooms clean and spacious and the breakfast was more than adequate. The thing that stands out about this Hotel is the Staff, whose lovely nature and aim to please left me feeling that with an update the hotel would... More

I have never submitted such a negative review but there really isn't anything good to say about this hotel. Our room smelled of mold and must, it was awful. There was something "growing" on the exterior bathroom wall. The pillows were like bricks. The bed was uncomfortable. The elevators didn't work. The food was terrible. There is no reason to... More

Stayed here in July for two weeks for the CPISRA European football 7-a-side championships. The hotel was ok in terms of clean rooms, friendly staff. There was a pool table that they started to charge for a few days into our stay (which didn't make sense), and leisure facilities that were too busy for us to use (but yet wasn't... More
