Colca Lodge is situated on the banks of a river, tucked away against a mountain slope. The access road to the hotel is a little bit difficult to find and also unpaved, but once you've arrived the location offers spectacular views on the canyon and river. The location is very remote, you'll find decent rest here. We stayed in La... More

After traveling down a bumpy road, we were pleased to arrive at this peaceful lodge in a beautiful, remote setting. Bring your swimsuit so that you can enjoy the hot springs. Enjoy strolling the property with its lovely landscaping. The guest rooms are comfortable and large. The included breakfast has good quality and variety. If you prefer to stay "connected",... More

We were astonished by the site of the hotel. Rooms are very confortable, in small pavillions, overlooking the mountains and the flowered gardens. The baths in the hot springs in unforgetable (bath suits in the rooms allow to get them confortably. I would recommend the last one for the water temparature and the privacy. The water is coming out of... More

Great location on the river with good rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are good and food is excellent. Range of temperature hot pools on the riverside are a highpoint. The drive from the main road is somewhat bumpy. The internet connection - which only functions in the bar area - is extremely limited and the hotel cleverly... More

Spent 2 nights here, room was quite a walk from the restaurant but that meant we were nearest the river. Ours was at the end of the block and a bit bigger than the others, door at the back had a small terrace overlooking the river. Didn't use the spa but the hot springs were very good. Breakfast very good,... More

I was fortunate enough to be able to stay at some great facilities in Peru and Colca Lodge was the best. Great setting by the Colca River, beautiful views and nice hiking options (Oyu Oyu is within walking distance and also hiking along the river and to the suspension bridge by Banos Termales Chacapi is recommended) from the hotel. Okay....you... More

We wish our trip ended in the amazing and beautiful Colca Canyon. The hotel is actually private but connected Casitas. They are very spread out and take that into consideration if you are tired of walking. We loved the privacy and opted for a long hike right from the grounds to a pre-Inka site. We were so impressed by the... More

The scenery is spectacular, right next to the river with beautiful views all the way around and nice gardens. The food was not very exciting but ok. The down side of the beautiful location is that you are outside of town and can't easily walk to other restaurants. We did take a taxi one night to Chivay to eat and... More

The best: Landscape and hotsprings. Food is OK ( you either eat there or there), rooms (ours was the standard, I know there are better suites) not great. No fridge,no closet, bed not quite big, there is plenty of room for improvement. I don't regret having stayed there ( 2 nights) but I don't know if its worth the price... More

The service at the Colca Lodge was excellent. Location was perfectly situated in the heart of the valley. The restaurant buffet food was average. The fresh trout was the best on the menu. The spar was quite removed from the hotel but placed with a great view of the valley.
