Gave the impression that it was a self-contained unit. (Which is what we required whilst attending a party).This is not the case - it comprises 3 bedrooms (shared bathroom) within the same building as the owner.
You may NOT have a door key and are to be in bed by 12.30am and vacate by 10.30am.
If you do not require breakfast, be aware that there is NO reduction on the 25gbp per person B&B rate - you pay regardless. more
