The reviews here have said it all but to add weight to them being true II'd like to add another. The room was perfect, look lovely and was homely and cosy in the cold wet weather, more a studio flat as described by another reviewer than just a "room". The little touches like the fruit, good quality cereal in jars... More

Kindlers Cottage is set in a superb location, in a quiet village on the edge of the New Forest. We stayed in room 1 for our 3 night Twixmas break. We were warmly met by Mike, who showed us to our room and explained the amenities, breakfast arrangements, and local facilities, including recommended places to dine. The accommodation is best... This place is in a great location, very private, with use of a garden. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean and warm with all amenities you would need for a few days, the owners are only to happy to provide anything you require which may not be in your room. The place is dog... More

Great location, the owners are lovely and good value for money. The homemade bread for breakfast, jam, cheese and cereals were excellent. However, the room is a bit rough around the edges. The studio type room is basically in the owner's garden so it is self contained and quiet. The bath towels were grey rather than their original white and... More

Thank you Rose, Mike and Mollie for the very friendly welcome you all gave Mark and I on our arrival. We stayed in room 2 for 6 nights and had everyhting we needed for our stay. Despite the weather, Mark and I made a point of going out for a few hours every day, to places like Lyndhurst, Fordingbridge and... More

Kindlers Cottage is a great "Get-Away-from-it-all" place. Peaceful and in a lovely area just in the New Forest. Mike and Rose are very friendly and give you a warm welcome. It was a delight to have Mollie (the black Labrador) visit each morning to say "hello", especially when she settled down on the rug to watch TV. The accommodation is... More

Stayed in room 2......was warmly meet by Mike, who showed us our home for the next 2 nights. The layout is very much like a studio with a modern on-suite bathroom. Everything one would need for a comfortable stay. You are really self contained away from the owners home, within their grounds, which has parking for your car.. A continental... More

We stayed in one of the rooms (number 1) for 4 nights. I would describe this as a studio apartment - you get your own microwave, kettle, fridge, cleaning products etc. There was coffee, tea, sugar, cookies, milk and a jar of fruit - this was a really nice touch. Overall, the accomodation was in excellent condition - There was... More
