Stayed in February in a laid back lodge with our 2 young children. The cabin itself had a small parking area, a lounge diner with a couple of sofas (much bigger than we expected - which is good for a toddler and a baby!) and enough cutlery and dishes for a meal or two. The twin bedroom was a little... More

Stayed here in our camper-van in December, very good value for money at this time of year, only paid £10 per night. Facilities were excellent, toilets and showers clean and warm, swimming pool, with sauna and hot tub. Lively friendly bar. Thoroughly enjoyed! Good location for seeing the New Forest.

Just had a weekend break, stayed in a Cosy Caravan was very surprised it was New ish very modern and clean, Heating was on when we got there which was nice but was way too hot for us as it was a combo boiler there was no thermostat in the room but the Radiators had thermostats on them so we... Stayed here for a weekend with my fiancee in late January. Unfortunately the weather was not in our favour. We stayed in one of their villas with a hot tub (still fun in the wind and rain) The villas have everything you need and are extremely well furnished, loads of spaces and I loved the little realistic fire, was a... We do go to Sandy Balls out of season quite often but we were disappointed this time. We visited 3 weeks ago and was given quite a muddy pitch, we do expect this at this time of year. So knowing we were returning 10 days later we walked around the site to look for dryer pitches that we would not... More

If given the opportunity we would have been able explain specific pitch allocation and the reason why the pitches were in that condition during your stay; It is a condition of the Local Authority we are limited to only 50 spaces during 31st... Stayed here near the beginning of January. Very warming welcome and lodge was lovely and clean, not very spacious though. It felt a little crowded at times. The pool was lovely and warm and the sauna was brilliant. The lifeguards, Anthony and Ed, were very helpful with my disabled son. The forest table food was reasonably priced and again very... More

Rather grubby and very poor facilities in the kitchen. Dog friendly cabin booked. Epic cobwebs around the outside very much in need of maintenance on both interior and exterior. The beds had distgusting flat foam pillows and very thin duvets. I stripped the bedding and it was filthy with stains on pillows and duvet. Looked extremely old and definitely needed... More

I have lost count how many times we have stayed here in both lodges and our own caravan since 1995. This was a long weekend with some friends in a cabin. On arrival (15.45) we were told again we couldn't get the key until 16.00 - OK rules are rules. We parked at the cabin and walked back to get... More
