A marvelous small old spanish village with a cozy hotel and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and spacious, and location really in the middle of the town. Be sure to enjoy tapas on the plaza mayor, really good local food and wine.

My wife and I stayed at Albarracin Hotel for one night. The hotel is conveniently located and has wonderful views (from our room, at least). The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would certainly stay here again.

I really liked our stay in Albarracin hotel. It is true that the hotel needs a bit of a renovation, but too much would just turn it to another modern hotel. Yes, the rooms ( and the hotel in general ) are kind of dark, but after all it is the local architecture (that includes castle like small windows )... More

I stopped over in Albarracin for one night enroute from Bilbao to the Alicante area.It is more than half way but it looked interesting on the map.How right I was. I chose this Hotel purely by chance,I booked through Booking.com.The reviews looked promising, however, being in a rush to book I didn't check TA first, the reviews are not very good although... More

I stayed here with my wife in March. The hotel is good, but desperately needs a renovation. Especially the mattresses. Breakfast was good, with nice variety. The situaion if the hotel is good. If you do take the chance, be prepared for a very typical hotel with old furniture.

The photos of this hotel don't convey how much refurbishment is needed, especially the bathrooms. The food at dinner was awful. The choice of wines was both limited and of poor quality. At breakfast a Spanish guest warned me the milk was sour. The receptionist on arrival spoke only Spanish - no French, English,German or Italien - and she was... More

After a false start with a leak in the room, we were moved to another room which was very large and light. After a nice evening on the terrace we retired to a room with no air-con which was annoying and we had to sleep with the windows open, which caused a few itchy problems the next day. Breakfast was... No air conditioning, no English, no desire to assist, no fans, just general rudeness and lack of hotel care in their guests. Avoid this hotel and avoid Albarracin as the city had a strange sadness to it!

Stayed for one night in August 2011. Location was great. Parking free about 5 minute walk away but could drive up and drop luggage off. Great view from our room over the town. Small rooms with twin beds and could hear noises from next door and the corridor. Did request for doubles, booked 2 rooms for two couples. Pool looked... More

Stayed for one night with my wife en route to France. Albarracin is a lovely attractive historic town in a fabulous location. The Hotel Albarracin is located in the centre and is ideal for stepping out on to the streets to explore. That's about it though, a cold and unfriendly welcome at reception, small rooms and an awful breakfast made... More
