Just returned from an excellent 4 night stay at this hotel. We requested a lower, twin, non smoking room, which was honoured.I had read many negative reviews regarding street noise but found this not to be the case.Staff were very helpful, and rooms were cleaned daily.Continental breakfast was adequate. Buses, taxis were close by.Fantastic hotel for the price and I am in fact about to re-book... More

So you get the call all parents dread saying that your daughter has been mugged, has lost travel documents, passport, money and is just left with the clothes she is wearing, and is at the Central police station having missed her plane back to the UK. One frantic 90 minute drive later you arrive in Alicante city centre, flight re-booked,... More

We were there for 7 days, it was great, near the beach or catello de santa barbara, room was cleaned every day, orange juice in the morning for breakfast was just amazing, for that price we could not choose another one. I hope we come back.

I picked this hotel using Trip Advisor. It is centrally located, the rate was reasonable and breakfast was included. Also close to the tram station. I was continuing on to Gota de Gorgos. Good value, but I thought they were stingy with the towels. Also it's the first time I have ever been in a hotel where you cannot make... More

Decent, basic hotel in a great location, only a short walk from Plaça dels Cavalls which is one of the stops en route from the airport. I asked for a room with a balcony and the hotel did not disappoint. The room had really good aircon which makes all the difference. Each morning you get a ticket from reception which... More

We chose this hotel because it was cheap to our budget and the location of the hotel was only about 10 minutes from the beach. Hotels closer to the beach were way more expensive than this one. Ideal for shopping trip or short stay. Good things about this hotel: +Friendly Staff +Breakfast (always good to have a cup of coffee... More

I have chosen this hotel with my family for a partying night out. Location is great in the city center, where all the amusements and all the party areas are in El Barrio. You can get easily walking. Parking close to the hotel is difficult but there is a public parking at Alfonso X that is very close to the... More

We got a high floor as we requested with a view of the castle. The room was big, with windows on 2 sides and a small balcony. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. One of them did not speak English but we got help from the bar. I really liked the breakfast, only coffee (you could choose whatever... More

Found the staff at reception desk to be very helpful. The rooms are clean and adequate. The only complaint I had was you can literally hear every word spoken in the adjoining rooms - not ideal when trying to sleep. The breakfast , freshly squeezed orange juice,toast/croissant/bun and coffee was perfect. It's a short walk to both the marina/beach/town.

Great location near to the old town with it's bars and restaturants and a short walk to the promenade and marina where there are more bars and restaturants. Also 1 block from the main street that runs up to the Plaza de los Luceros ? which is where you can get off the C6 bus from the airport. It leaves... More
