Apartementos Tito consist of two buildings in the heart of Alicante old town. "Older" apartements, which are quite new and very well maintained as well, are in the street San Agustin. Me and my family had a chance to be the very first guests in brand new apartements in the new building. It is in street San Nicolas, very close... More

Stayed here for one week, agree with all previous reviews.Checking in could be improved, you have to go to the restaurant below to get the keys and they are closed all day on Mondays. Noise is an issue only if you go to bed before midnight

Thank you very much for this comment. We are in the historic centre, surrounded by the Town Hall, churches, convents and the Cathedral. To solve the issue of the noise of the bells we have installed double glazing in the rooms overlooking the square to avoid those noises. I feel the subject of the elevator, since to be a building... We spent 5 nights in a two bed delux apartment on the top floor. The apartment is very well equipped with all you could need for a week or longer. The location is perfect with a large variety of restaurants in the square below and in the many nearby streets. The Marina and beach is no more than a five... More

The apartments were well decorated and new. Ours had three balconys to step out on, which in turn were well protected by electronic metal blinds. Well situated in a town square overlooking and adjacent to many restaurants and a few bars. It's only a short walk to the marina and beach. In the other direction its easy to reach the... More

We stayed in these apartments for 3 days and 2 nights in February 2015. It was for a friends 30th birthday treat. I can only say good things about these apartments. Good value for money, great place to stay and overall a great few days I had in there. People made us feel very welcome and the restaurants in the... More

Apartmentos Tito was excellent, modern, clean and spacious. Its in a great location, with bars, restaurants just downstairs and the beach a couple of minutes walk. We went in October and didn't find it noisy at all even thought everything is so close. The only tiny fault was we didn't know how to get in because the was no one... More

really friendly and accommodating. Lovely, compact, modern apartment. Only down side was quite a lot of noise from outside party goers in the small hours which is not an issue if you are out too bu t not so great with a toddler.

Location is perfect and this is all positive I can write about Apartamentos Tito. Flats are small, poorly furnished. AC war rather hard to adjust. I did not care about the noise from the street below but it might be disturbing for other guests. It happens all week long up to 3, 4 o'clock a.m. Obviously weekends are especially rowdy.... More

Great little place to stay right in the centre of town. Cool, dark and quiet, but with great restaurants and nightlife literally just downstairs, and the beach only five minutes away. I wish I could own one just like it!
