I have to say that this experience was one the the worst I have encountered. The Hotel is set back in Alicante, streets are littered with cars so parking is definitely out, something that could have been mentioned prior as it never changed. They advertise ample parking, even the basement Car Park is even when empty difficult to traverse. The... More

Taking into account the price, I can't really complain. The reception area and restaurant look alright, the room and outside look a little run-down. I stayed with a friend for a couple nights, it was a room with 2 single beds pushed together, the usual furniture, TV which didn't use as we're out most of the time, balcony with little... More

Arrived to be greeted by a receptionist who said "one minute" and went next door and started serving coffee to people in the bar for 5 minutes.. she then returned and tried to charge €10 for parking even though the price says €8 on the website.. She then said don't blame me i just work here. Going up to the... More

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We booked it because it was cheap , we needed it just as a base because we were villa viewing . When we arrived we had to park the car in the underground car park which was dark and dinghy and we were not alone ! Cockroaches welcomed us... More

The hotel reception furniture was very dirty as we're the rooms. It looked like coffee or something had been splashed up the walls. The sink and shower plug holes gave off a foul stench when you ran the water. The over bed lights switch was right between the pillows so at times I accidentally switched them on. Over all I... More

My husband and I stayed in this 'hotel' in September 2013. When we entered the room I noticed dirty marks on the wall - rather like someone had thrown a cup of tea over it - and these marks were still there when we left a week later! The dust on the radiator in the corner had clearly been there... More

Found staff to be friendly and helpful. The hotel itself in much need of refurbishment. The room was small and bathroom tiny, with the toilet squashed into a small alcove area. Would not be ideal for larger proportioned people. The bath was just big enough to sit in with knees bent, but that was not a problem as no plugs... More

I have stayed at the Goya before, about 9 years ago. At that time it was a similar scenario except that the breakfast was very good, included and also the underground car park was available free. I returned for a 1 night stopover and remembering the superb breakfast that we had (including huge croissants) which I was looking forward to.... More

I stayed in this hotel with my Daughter on Saturday the 8th February 2014. The rooms are nothing like the ones shown on the photos; the photographs shown may have been a more true reflection of the Hotel; possibly if they were taken 30 years ago. The walls of the Hotel are so thin that you can hear people speak... More
