Hotel room was very small, and the hotel corridors were very narrow which felt very claustrophobic. Hotel needs updating, everything was very old, but most of all there was a pile of hair on the bath, which was very off putting. But the room and sheets were clean.

Hotel is quite old but has all the basics that you need. Situated 15 min walk from the beach 10 min from Merado Central and grocery shop Mercadona is just 5 min walk. The room was cleaned every day so no complaints about that, stuff very friendly and helpful ( printed out for us the airplane tickets so we didnt... More

We booked for 9 nights while property hunting in the area. The room only cost around £16 a night. Our room was small and basic with dated and tired decor. A small balcony overlooked a yard. However the bedding was crisp and clean, towels were replaced daily and water was hot and plentiful. The air con was very welcome and... More

As this was a package deal with flights and breakfast included, we weren't to know what to expect however for what we paid we couldn't grumble. Friendly staff, room cleaned daily and a continental breakfast each morning. A few suggestions would be a bigger shower area and WiFi in the rooms. Apart from this our stay was pleasant with an... We needed a hotel for 2 nights in August in Alicante prior to staying up the coat in Javea for our main holiday. As we have stayed at the Hotel Goya before, which is located at the North of the city centre district, we knew it was a convenient 15min walk to the centre for food/shopping etc. Total cost for... I have to say that this experience was one the the worst I have encountered. The Hotel is set back in Alicante, streets are littered with cars so parking is definitely out, something that could have been mentioned prior as it never changed. They advertise ample parking, even the basement Car Park is even when empty difficult to traverse. The... More

Taking into account the price, I can't really complain. The reception area and restaurant look alright, the room and outside look a little run-down. I stayed with a friend for a couple nights, it was a room with 2 single beds pushed together, the usual furniture, TV which didn't use as we're out most of the time, balcony with little... More

Arrived to be greeted by a receptionist who said "one minute" and went next door and started serving coffee to people in the bar for 5 minutes.. she then returned and tried to charge €10 for parking even though the price says €8 on the website.. She then said don't blame me i just work here. Going up to the... More

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We booked it because it was cheap , we needed it just as a base because we were villa viewing . When we arrived we had to park the car in the underground car park which was dark and dinghy and we were not alone ! Cockroaches welcomed us... More
