Modern hotel in great location, very clean rooms with good amenities, comfortable beds and nice clean bathroom. We asked and paid exta for a "sea view" room but this is over rated, sure we could see the sea but had a very limited view. Would have rather gone without the "sea view" and had a useable sized balcony. The breakfast... More

This was our second visit, check in was swift, all our requests were granted, two rooms opposite each other, one sea view with three beds and a marina room with twin beds. Breakfast had such a variety. Service from Reception, breakfast, bar and housekeeping staff was excellent. The only down side of our four night trip was the noise from... More

Stayed here 5 nights on The Level (5th floor). First room excellent but overlooking very noisy area where fashion show being held with lots of noise. Moved to another room overlooking sea - excellent, quiet. Private Lounge with free bar included for The Level clients was a very great asset. As was the private and fast reception. Staff very friendly... More

Well located, 70 's style with looooong corridors. Excellent breakfast. Sleeping poses the greatest challenge; just above the festivity hall and next to brawling drunks outside on the busy party pier.

Upon arrival, you are greeted by a holiday home sales place & a car rental place - perhaps it's just us but we found this a little weird. Lobby entrance is big but there is no hotel staff stationed there to greet you or make the start of your stay pleasant - this was our first time in Spain so... More

First impression was bad. There was a tired and long-faced staff at the reception. We upraded our room to the renovated one (for 20 Euro/night). The room was clean and new. The biggest problem for us was the endless noise from the other guests. There was no soundproof, you can easly hear your upper or next room neighboor's regular conversation.... More

My wife and I spent 4 days in Alicante. Our room faced Mediterranean Sea and we saw sunrise every morning. Breakfast was a pleasure which we looked forwards to every day. Food and fruits were fresh and plentiful and we enjoyed view of the surfing waves and beautiful sky during breakfast every morning. In the afternoon we had tea and... More

This hotel is great. Good beds, clean, good shower, friendly staff. It's location is perfect close to beach and city. Nothing to complain about at all. The pool isn't heated that's maybe the only thing =)

Stayed in the Level 5, adults only floor. Room was excellent with balcony overlooking the marina. The free bar and excellent tapas is available in the 5th floor reception area which overlooks the sea. All public areas were clean and well staffed with people that could not be more helpful. Hotel location is ideal, with the entrance to old town... More
