When we first arrived at the hotel it looked ok (ish) got our keys for bedroom and got lift upto 4th floor and the corridors are very dull and dismal. Opened our door and the room was very basic, we paid for double bedroom but got single beds and worst of all. When we opened sliding doors to balcony it... more
