We checked in to find the receptionist wearing a denim jacket, never a good start, the key fobs had all snapped and were cello-taped together, and we were handed the tv remote control with the key. Guests had engraved their names in the paintwork of the lift, and the corridors were dark when we stepped out of the lift. The... More

Not much to say about this hotel. Nothing really bad and nothing really good. The room was OK and confortable. It is 5 minutes by car to the airport, but not at the airport itself. There is a supermarket and cybercafe nearby. Otherwise this village is not very appealing. Cable TV is in Spanish only. Good option for late flight... More

Did not really get to stay at this hotel. Booked last minute, got it cheap but warning to those who are looking. Arrived and was pleasent enough. Room was ready and we went straight upstairs. Entered the room and got a tired old room in real need of a makeover. Nothing like the pictures. Went out on the balcany and... More

Worst hotel I've ever been to (and I travel quite a lot). You literally can't sleep. Walls are in cardboard and you basically hear every single noise from any other room. It starts with the noise of the people arriving late with their luggage, then those coming back early from their night out, then those quite drunk coming back quite... More

We always like to have a mid-winter break somewhere, and this year chose somewhere warm and cheap. Tenerife fitted the bill for warm and the Aeropuerto Sur fitted the bill for cheap. Now a word of warning, you pay for what you get. This was certainly no 5 star hotel, but they did half board, decent coffee, had a lift... More

As the Ucanca was full I decided to give the Hotel Aeropuerto Sur another chance and it was worse than my first t visit. I booked a double for single use and got a single with no view out of the window. The huge television didn't work and I asked at reception for an extra pillow only to be told... More

The place was the most terrible hotel I have ever visited. It was supposed to be a three star hotel but instead of that the place was a hostel. There were teenagers drinking and shouting through the night, the staff didn't speak English, the rooms were terrible. And the smell of the room! Someone definitely had been smoking there. Don't... Ok for an inexpensive stay and pretty much what I expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of hot water and the WiFi in the rooms actually worked. Room was standard basic and had seen better times.

I don´t ask for much, but this was horrible. Booked it for my last holiday night to be close to the airport for morning departure. Hairs and dirt all over the bathroom. Room nicely designed but in bad condition. Old kitchen grease smell from the restaurant below if you dare to open the window. Incredibly loud noise from reception, staircase... More
