Charming , tastefully furbished rooms in old postoffice. Nice backyard with small pool. Central location. Breakfast OK, yet dinner not quite up to par. Nor serving, passing on dishes served to wrong table. No other restaurants in village to go to. Sporadic WiFi on last day, no effort made to set it right.

Lots of delightful nooks, crannies, steps and slopes (so not for disabled). Room spacious and comfortable. Gardens and small pool a pleasure. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast OK, evening meal excellent. Church bells great, not a problem for us, although the cockerel crowing at 4am was!

Enjoyed relaxing break here in October, lovely comfortable, clean room in courtyard area, rustic finish, very spacious, also had a fridge (not sure how many other rooms have one). Lots of places to sit and relax in the garden, probably could be a bit crowded in peak season, but fine when we were there. Small pool. Breakfast good, ate in... More

Our 4 days here gave us a wonderful introduction to the island. Location was excellent as a centre for visits to coast or hills. The town is functional and efficient though we could find no other restaurant except the hotel's, which was fine as the food was lovely and reasonably priced. Breakfast was plentiful with good selection. Room 6 was... More

This is a lovely, genuine, traditional spanish hotel. We spent a week here at easter and fell in love with the place. The hotel is a collection of immaculate historic buildings and cobbled courtyards with lots of places to sit and relax. Our room was large and tastefully furnished with dark wooden beams and floor. The hotel seems to be... More

Stayed here for a week in Jan 2009 (not 2013 as in title). Granadilla is a quiet village away from the tourist throng near the south coast of tenerife - just what we were after! The downside is that its not always sunny here, and can be quite cold in evenings or misty during day, but 90% of ur time... More

A wonderful find. Greeted by first name on arrival. Lovely surroundings, rooms and furnishings. Went to work and found lots of hideaways outside to sit and do so. Friendly bars in village and hotel itself had fantastic local food and carafes of local wine.

While the hotel was fine and did have character, the welcome wasn't at all. We arrived, checked in, went on a stroll and had dinner. Immediately thereafter the owner asked us to pay. A little odd, before we had actually spent the night. I produced a credit card, upon which the owner announced that there machine wasn't working and she... More

we stayed 2 weeks from end of august to first week of september 2011. We loved our big bedroom with old wooden furniture and a high ceiling. Only reachable if you rent a car. From here we drove to every place on the island, so it was a good choice to go anywere, especially away from the nasty mass tourism... More

We stayed here for two nights to be both near the airport and the Pirámides de Güímar. Our room was accessed from the garden through tropical plant filled patios furnished with sun loungers and a small pool. The room itself was large (although a bit dark), the bathroom modern and well equipped. Breakfast was a buffet taken either in the... More
