One of our best experiences ever!! Not only is the historical mansion a delight inside but the staff's friendly and helpful service was very comforting during our stay. One thing we loved in particular was the breakfast, homemade spanish cakes and other delights to make one's stay very pleasant. Also the restaurant's menu has some delightful dishes, well worth tasting!... More

A little disappointing given the previous favourable reviews on Trip Adviser, plus the hotel is featured in a number of well-known guides. No fault of the hotel, but it had a distinctly ‘out of season’ feel during our two night stay in early April. Only one other room seemed occupied on our first night, with no other guests on the... We spent one week in the Pazo visiting the death coast. The hospitality of the people working was excellent. The food had a very good quality and the room was very comfortable and clean. I will definitely recommend this place. If I come back to the north west of Spain I will choose it again to stay in.

We booked the entire Pazo for four days to celebrate a wedding. My wife is Norwegian, so all her family and a lot of friends came from different countries. The Pazo is in a very quite and beautiful area and not very far from the city, so the location is ideal. The surroundings are lovely, specially the garden and the... More

A very nice place "para escapar del estres". Rustic furniture, cosy corners, a spatious dining room where in the morning a sumptuous breakfast is served and in the evening a good meal at an incredible low price by a very sympathetic waitress. A perfect starting point for exploring the Galicia north coast and A Coruña.

Just spent one week in this delightful rural manor house, even though it was a little difficult to find - get clear details before you go as it is very rural. The owner José and his family and staff made us extremely welcome. The fixed menu in the restaurant was so good we ate at the hotel every night -... More
