I accidently double booked rooms on-line. I contacted Customer Services (I think in Madrid) and unlike a previous reviewer I received a full refund of my additional booking even though I had booked under a 'non-refundable' heading. Hotel was excellent and staff were knowledgeable and a credit to their organisation. The restaurant was the best we encountered on this trip...

I made what appears to be a common error in booking this hotel thinking it was in Barcelona city when in fact it is only in Barcelona "Province" and over 50 miles from Barcelona. The second error I made was not spotting on the Laterooms.com webpage via the Easyjet portal that the room was non-cancellable and non-refundable. I normally avoid...
