We stayed in Gut Heckenhof for 3 nights in May. The facilities are good and modern. The quality of the dinner was above expectation and the staff extraordinary polite. The basic requirements are there but if there is a larger group, the service is a disaster. Never knowing where to bring the ordered drinks .. typical automate system problem.
Food quality was pretty poor, not hot and poor choice and in the room the TV had +/- GERMAN channels and not ONE other language channel .. something I've never...
