It is unacceptable that residents can't get a table for dinner. Their lame excuse that the restaurant and hotel are separate companies, except for parking, staff and the refurbishments is absurd. Right in the centre of the old town but my room was quiet. Rooms are clean but furnishings are minimalistic to the point of austerity.
