This was a very nice, clean hotel. I had a few problems at check-in, and after (not the hotel's fault) and the staff was able and willing to help solve my troubles. There is a very large shopping center next door, and it is very near the airport (accessible by a sottopassaggio under the very busy road). Unfortunately, that is... more

Nice hotel very clean, and everything works, those are the only poitives! As sais it is a pain from airport as the crow flies about 300 meters by car it took me 35 minutes. Staff are OK except if you want a beer at what they call the bar, as the receptionist doubles as barmaid, so I gave up. This... more

We stayed here for one night as we flew into Bergamo- Orio Al Serio. You can see the hotel across the road from the airport, it is next to a new shopping centre. There isn't a direct crossing over the road and we had to walk a long way round with our bags to get to the hotel. It is... more

We have stayed at both Orio al Serio Airport and in central Bergamo for a single night, before heading off to the Lakes. It really depends on what you have planned. If you have not seen Bergano, then stay in the town. It is a lovely hilltop town. So many just bypass it and head off. If you do not... more

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. positive points -nice big rooms - good isolation, we did not hear the very near airport or motorway - breakfast was plenty and good (although they run out on bacon on both days...) - very nice and professional reception staff - shopping centre in front of hotel - airport very near (approx... more

Stayed overnight following 10.30 pm arrival at Bergamo airport. Walked from airport through underpass with cabin bags only. No problems but lone travellers or those with more luggage may prefer taxi option. Room spot on - air con very welcome on a hot night. Good quality buffet breakfast. Efficient reception service. Walked back to airport in morning to collect hire... more

Stayed here in July for 1 night. Was a very brief stay (max of 8 hours). Firstly, what ever you do try do not take a taxi from Bergamo (BGY) airport. It's a 3 minute drive and they charge 20+ euros for a taxi. There is an underpass from the airport to the hotel (goes under the motorway). I did... more

BE WARNED this hotel does not deliver what it promises. We were rudely told on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm you can’t get a coffee the bars closed, asking, may we use the sauna? No it’s closed. Despite the opening hours in the brochure a notice in the lift tells you the bar does not open on a Saturday and... more

Ideal stopover if your flight arrives late in the evening or you have an early getaway. The hotel is new, modern and very comfortable. Fully double glazed so no noise from the airport or motorway. We arrived on a late flight and had a very comfortable nights stay . The bed was huge - a king sized king. Room service... more
