I stayed here for one night, and that is enough. The Hotel at first glance look spacious, the room looks good. But since I wanted a king bed and they already do not have it anymore, they suggested me to combine it. But once I move the bed, there were many dust and rubbish beneath it. I requested for Ironing... More

Room: quite nice. Spacious. Deluxe room can fits two extra bed. Bathroom: Clean Food: Average. The waiter just ignore us when we asked them to clean up the table. Wifi: Only at lobby area. Swimming Pool: average. Return to this hotel: will consider..

Good for team bonding activities. Rooms need major refurbishment. Very run-down furniture and bathrooms. Cleaning of rooms partial. Room service items like bowls, ice buckets left uncleared. 4 days stay and 4 ice buckets left in the room. Not recommended.

We had a small family gathering and took 5 deluxe rooms. One of the rooms was smaller than the rest and cleanliness was not up to expectation in the smaller room. Breakfast wasn't great but just okay except the part where we discovered a big dead fly in the hot water! The pool was fantastic and we had a great... More

Hotel looks good but fails to deliver, but on the positive side a lovely large swimming pool. Room large and generally clean, but surfaces felt sticky, carpets dirty, towels getting threadbare, no room safe. We chose it for easy access to main highway, that meant a 25 minute drive into town having waited 25 minutes for the taxi to get... More

Very dirty kettle hidden away. Can't control air con temperature. Out dated tv.Moveable bed which move a little when I just sit on it. Service not really that bad, don't really... More

Check in/out quite fast. Swimming pool is great, view is good. Food need more variety. Staff is friendly. Need improvements on room amenities. Fridge at room 108 is malfunction. Aircond at room 238 is not cool enough. Maybe will stay again after an improvement.
