We decided to stay at Bedrock Village caravan park as a base for exploring the Undara larva tubes (a relatively short drive away), as well as taking a brief excursion on the Savannah-lander train. It was much more economical than staying at Undara, and had the facilities we needed for self-catering ie fridge and kitchen (we stayed in the Copperfield... More

We stayed one night in a self contained cabin. They are very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I could have stayed a lot longer just relaxing, listening to the birds. Breakfast at the cafe was delicious. A little oasis in the miles of scrub and bush along the highway.

It was very busy when we stayed at Bedrock. The facilities were very clean and quite a few different things available - putt putt golf (great fun for the kids!), dinner and breakfast were available. The staff were friendly - good country hospitality. The camp kitchen facilities were a bit tired and some things didn't work (kettle and hot water... More

What a great place. Stayed in one of the units which were well appointed and very comfortable. Very friendly and welcoming staff. BBQ night was great with a singalong around the fire afterwards. BBQ bacon and eggs cooked to your liking was on the menu for breakfast. The chook pen housing the 'girls' and the galahs was excellent. Lovely pool... More

This is one of the most relaxed parks we have stayed in. Great hosts who, with their staff go out of their way to make your stay great. They are the hub for tours and they have great food on site. Even the tourist train stops at the park. Lots of drive through sites, cabins and other accommodation to meet... More

The people are typical friendly and welcoming country people. They were very friendly and helpful, booked our tours for us and had theme nights as well. We went on the Mystery Tour which provided an insight to living in a small country town. They also deserve praise for their efforts to fundraise for a school in Cambodia. Would definitely recommend.

Our tour group spent two nights. We stayed in cabins which contained in the front room a kitchenette, table and two chairs and a lounge to watch the large flat-screen TV. The bedroom was compact, but managed to squeeze in another TV. There was also an en-suite, and table and chairs on the front verandah. Dining was in an open,... More

We dropped in while passing through to see if their mechanic could help us but being Sunday they were resting. We had a look and fell in love with the park. Drive through shady sites, great common area and great feel of contentment. We did the all day tour they provide to the undurra lava tubes. What a great outing.... More

Delightful oasis in the middle of almost nowhere. Shady drive through powered sites also self contained cabins. Camp kitchen, laundry and an uncover area for dining. Sparkling refreshing pool. Amenities are clean with interesting reading material on the walls. There's a gift shop, general grocery items, mechanical workshop and tours to lava tubes. During tourist season the café's opened during... More

What a gorgeous spot! We arrived on our first night away to find a lovely, private, shady powered site. We booked for two nights straight away and booked a day tour with their guide to the Undara Lava Tubes. The camp kitchen also does wonderful meals (small additional cost but well worth it). Facilities were clean and so was the... More
