I am a frequent busines traveler and often choose HIE due to the clean and safe reputation of the motel chain. My hotel room had an "odor" and cock roaches...... I was very disappointed.

This hotel is disgusting, dirty, and a rip off. The floors haven't been cleaned, the tables are full of dust and other crap. Do not stay here, it cost me $109.00 and I would have been better off staying at a $30.00 a night hotel because it is way better than this place.
