I stayed at the Travel Lodge South Cave. You couldn't beat the value for money. The bathroom was great with a bath and shower. The room was clean and tidy. There was also a flat screen TV and tea making facilities. I would recommend it to anyone.

On arrival the person who dealt with us was friendly. The room was clean, tidy, and fresh. The hotel was nice and quite. The only thing that marred our stay was the shower! Instead of constant water flow, it ‘pulsed’! (the bed was hard, as in all Travelodge’s) but that said we were pleased with the hotel on the whole,... More

At £24 per night I was not expecting much so "average" is a good result. Firstly it only has access from the eastbound A63, so you will need to make a detour if you are coming from Hull. During the course of my visit the local Highways authority were undertaking night time road closures in the area, which meant further... More

We booked this accommodation for a one night stay over the weekend while we were in the area for a local half marathon. On booking we ordered two breakfast boxes as we were leaving early morning to get to the half marathon and considered that due to the location of this Travelodge, by the roadside, there would be very little... We stayed over here at almost the halfway point of a journey from Sunderland to Norfolk via the Humber Bridge and the 'back roads'. It's one of the old style roadside lodges tucked away behind a closed down Little Chef and a petrol filling station. We were aware that it hadn't been refurbished so it had all the indications that... More

We have stayed here a couple of times and would stay here again. My partner is disabled and this hotel has very good wheelchair access and disabled room. The staff are really polite and helpful. The only thing that would make staying here even better would be if the disabled bedroom had a wet-room.

All the beds were new the day we arrived, so that was lovely! It wasn't luxury but it was clean enough, if tired-looking. The staff were super helpful. Great for the price really! Petrol garage on same site for snacks if need be.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. The previous reviews about good customer service were correct, we were welcomed by a lovely, bubbly blonde lady. The room was clean although I'm not a fan of the beds. Unfortunately there was a fire alarm problem and it kept going off through the night. The hotel was apologetic and called... More
