We walked in to a beautiful courtyard with exotic plants and trees. Our room was big and comfortable. All rooms overlook the courtyard. The owners, Tom and Lynn, really made sure we were taken care of and enjoyed our stay - we were treated like family from the very beginning. Delicious hot breakfast each morning and Tom and Lynn arranged... More

Hotel owners, Tom and Lynn Mathews, have put a lot of heart and soul into building a true traveler's delight. This hotel is undoubtedly one of the nicest in Mexico. Colonial Mexico has been re-created here, with beautiful tiled floors, exotic hand carved and crafted furniture. All the furniture in the rooms has been hand built by local wood workers... More

Owners Tom and Lynn went out of their way to accommodate me. Great hosts, great hotel. I will stay here again. Although I arrived solo, I left with friends for life. Coming here was the best move I made on my motorcycle tour of NW Mexico.

Talk about a B&B oasis! - Call me a coffee snob but many hotels in Mexico offer instant coffee. I'd rather take a caffeine pill (admitting I have a little habit here). The Hotel Los Arcos grinds their beans each morning and makes a fine cup of java to go with a nice breakfast. Great hotel, nice rooms, excellent bed,... More

My kids originally didn't want to go to Banamichi, but ended up having a GREAT three day weekend, playing outdoors in nature, riding horses, swimming in natural springs, etc. Our suite at Los Arcos was wonderful, with enough room for all six of us sleep comfortably. Hosts Tom and Lynn made us feel right at home, even letting us into... More

My wife and I traveled to the Rio Sonoran valley during Semana Santa. Banamichi was a great location to stay and had one of the most interesting series of ceremonies for the Easter weekend that we've seen anywhere. The cross-bearing ceremony and crucifixion re-enactment was very emotional for everyone there. The town has very friendly people including some Tucsonians who... More

This beautiful Gem is the perfect place to stay. Tom & his lovely Wife Lynn are great hosts and the grounds are perfectly kept. A "Must Stay" kind... More

what an outstanding place to stay - the hosts Tom and Lynn are fantastic. The rooms are an oasis after a day of travel and the courtyard is just fantastic. Wished I could have stayed longer.... but there is so much to explore in Mexico - especially on a motor bike. Thanks for the best stay of the trip. Can't... More

We arrived there Friday evening march 28, and was greeted with the warmest friendliest smile by one of the owner named Lynn.....We arrived in the evening and sat down to a delicious dinner. Then on Saturday morning, my gf and I attended the Rio Sonora mountain bike race with 700 other plus cyclists. Later that evening, we sat down with... More

My wife and I decided to ride our Harley`s from Phoenix instead of drive to a meeting in Banamichi, what a blast. Tom and Lynn were perfect host and made us feel at home since they are riders themselves. Los Arcos is a little oasis in the middle of the Sonoran river valley. The ride is much nicer going through... More
