“Just 2 stars hotel”

Hi! The room are not very clean or hygienic. The floor was dirty and the toilet seems that was cleaned few weeks ago. The hotel smells bad. The breakfast was like never before(cold and poor). When we asked to talk to the manager, he avoids us...We only staid one night, the other nights we spent into a 3 stars hotel... More

Booked this hotel as we were travelling with two young children and it is advertised as having a swimming pool. When we booked the rooms over the telephone we asked if the swimming pool was functional as we are aware that June is not considered high season in Italy and we were assured it was. I was not expecting much when I booked this hotel but everything was outstanding. The service was great and the buffet breakfast was outstanding. The rooms were not large but adequate and very clean.
