Small room but very pleasant and clean. Bathroom also perfectly clean and well equipped. Everything was in excellent condition. Bed was comfortable. Personnel was very welcoming. The area is also very lively with lots of restaurants to choose from. Price is very reasonable. I can recommend this place without hesitation.

It's a small private hotel. The staff were so lovely and helpful (They can speak English very well). Rooms are nice, they have all the essentials, clean sheets and towels every day as usual. It's very close to the Musashisakai station.

This is a truly bilingual hotel, where English is a functional language. The receptionist speaks very good English, and there are English instructions to equipment in the room, including the set up of WIFI and TV remote control. In the cafe adjourned to hotel that provides breakfast, you can also order in English. It doesn't mean that other aspects of... More

We stayed here 4 nights in June while my spouse had business nearby. We asked for a large double bed and got one that was almost queen-sized, huge for Japan. It was in a small room with no drawers for unpacking and a usual, tiny typical Japanese bathroom with a deep tub. However everything we needed was there, including wifi... More

This was my first time to stay in this hotel. As the rate was reasonable for Japan I didn't expect more than a clean, functional room. I was there for six nights. The net room rate included a light breakfast at a coffee house on site. A nice touch. The room is not large but has many amenities that one... More

I was here for a week. The bed was rather hard - started to get backache, but I think it is normal for hotels here. The Chuo line gets you into Tokyo quite quickly at reasonable cost. The "7 home" store opposite the hotel has an ATM that accepts foreign cards with no surcharge. No wireless internet, so bring your... More

Feb 2009: I stayed in this hotel (as I know many westerners have) while working with colleagues at the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan, which is a short bus-ride away. Pros: good internet connection (bring a cable, many hotels in Japan are not wireless), comfortable bed, staff with very passable English (even for a slightly out of the way place... More
