Staffs is very friendly and enthusiastic, english good, breakfast is ok but hight price (about 13.000 jpy for one night). No washing machine, must pay for service. Go to Tachikawa Station just 5minutes. From here we can take the bus to Narita International Station everyday.

This is decent hotel equivalent to somewhat hampton or quality Inns in US. No business center, no fitness room. Rooms are good size compared to other Japanese hotels. Breakfast is just about average nothing great. Restaurants in hotel are outrageously expensive. Good location close to lot of shopping places & tachikawa station about 4-5 mins walk. Not at all suitable... More

Deluxe rooms in Palace Hotel is an excellent stay option for any visitors with Tachikawa metro station within 200m and Limousine bus service starting right from the front of the hotel... The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast which is an excellent spread of various delicacies. The staffs are very courteous and ready to help round the clock...

Great location in Tachikawa, a few minutes' walk from big shopping stores (Takashimaya, Isetan, ...) and a very convenient elevated walkway to shops and the station. Close to the station on Chuo line, so suitable for a less expensive Tokyo hotel. Limousine bus goes there from both Narita (just under three hours!) and Haneda Airports (about 90 minutes?). Rooms were... More

I have been a regular visitor to Tokyo from 2005 onwards and stayed in this hotel many times. It is very conveniently located. Very near to train station and shopping complexes. Service is good and staff is friendly.

Although probably not the best location to visit the whole Tokyo area, the hotel is close to Tachikawa station on the Chuo Line, which allows frequent and efficient transfer to tokyo downtown. Nice rooms, efficient personnel, a wonderful bar.

In a few words this a very good address: -everyone speaks English -prices are really low -connected to both airport by bus. 1 hour, 2000 to 3500YEN -perfect location with the central train station across the street, busses and monorail all around -really quiet -in hub of shopping malls and shopping. Try the "Bic camera" shop and you will see... More

Practical hotel on the other side of Tokyo. Hotel is suitable for business conferences because it provides all facilities you need. In spite the hotel breathes a Wedding atmosphere everywere, the normal guest is also serviced very well. Few restaurants and bars in the hotel provides good Japanese food. Hotel rooms are smaller than you might expect, but are good... More

This is my second time staying at Palace Hotel Tachikawa. The location is really convenient. Big malls like Takashimaya, Isetan and the JR Station are within short walking distances as well as many smaller shops and eating places. The room although small (but I guess standard Japanese hotel size) is nice and clean, especially the bath room. Counter staff at... More
